I arrived after a challenging 17-hour shift at the clinic and a subsequent trip to the gym, not dressed in my finest attire. However, the exceptional service I received here greatly enhanced my experience. The cashier and the barista who prepared my flat white demonstrated outstanding professionalism, a stark contrast to the discriminatory treatment I experienced at the Subway location next door. I must commend this Starbucks location and its employees for providing exemplary customer service, which significantly improved my morning. I did not have a good experience at rhis location. I came for just a Venti water. I didnt want to waste their time so I also wanted to buy a Pumpkin Cream Muffin. They didn't have that, so instead I got a Cookies and Cream cake pop. When I asked the guy for a venti water, they could only give me a regular water, which I thought was a grande, so I said okay. I go up to the window, get my cake pop, and they give me a tall water. I then asked them for a grande water, then they said rhey could give me another water cup instead.
