Jamba — Restaurant in Murrieta

As a previous employee here this jamba does NOT care about their employees. Our DM Kayla threatened to take our tips away(very illegal), we have not been payed direct deposit on time multiple times, our gm and DM constantly give us attitude and are passive aggressive even though every employee here works our BUTTS off, some of us have been left completely alone because management doesn’t hire or schedule people, we have been left alone and completely overwhelmed during school rushes, lines of people out the door and there’s only 2 employees working who don’t even get breaks, sometimes there is no time for breaks or we have to take a 30 and leave someone alone during a rush, that’s if we even get our break. the managers don’t check up on that either ! and also change the schedule constantly we’ve been told “dont expect a day off”, the schedule has been changed literally days before sometimes and you’re expected to accommodate to that and if you don’t, YOU get written up for the managers poor scheduling ! all in all they are very awful to their staff here, don’t care about them at all! i mean they literally threatened to take away our tips, all we do is work as hard as we can for them, and get blamed for their mistakes. so next time you go to this jamba please be extra nice to the employees and TIP THEM(or don’t since we apparently we aren’t even entitled to that here). Very sad work...

Craving a Jamba Juice I ended up driving over unfortunately my son had fallen asleep on the way there. I didn’t wanna wake him up and I also did not want to leave him in the car. so I wondered if they did curbside delivery I went online trying to place an order was having trouble with the website mainly because I didn’t have service🙄 I would’ve liked to call but there was no phone number online. so I asked a woman who happen to be going inside Jamba juice and she was able to grab a worker for me. Taylor was such a doll! She took my order charged my card and brought my drink to me. I’m thankful for her becuz I was able to get my drink and my son stayed asleep 🤣 so thank you Taylor for making my rough afternoon so much better 🤣 your giggly sweet personality...

I arrived and found front doors locked during business hours.

Employee looked at me while outside the door and made not a single attempt to inform me of why they were closed.

I called from parking lot and the employee was asked why were they closed and what time are they going to open. The response was “we open in the morning - but closed now - and said I cannot tell you when we will open”.

Moments later I saw 3 customers go in and being served .

I went in and was told they were out of peanut butter- called Sunday and still no peanut butter.

The way to conduct a successful business besides a great product is Customer service !!

In the long run, without it, you will not...
