Albertos Mexican Food — Restaurant in Murrieta

Atmosphere was clean, staff was friendly. However I hope the owner reads his reviews and really takes them into consideration. Instructions come from the top. Management or owners. The portions for your pricing is a little uneven. I ordered the shrimp cocktail tonight. I expect to pay anywhere from $15 to $20 dollars for a cocktail restaurant style. Your fast food restaurant was $22 and I received about 5 shrimp, crackers and or chips were not offered which in most cases are always offered with this meal at other places. The other item I ordered was a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream and pico. My order today was $40. The burrito had very little beans, covered in sour cream and basically a tortilla burrito. I've been an Albertos customer since 1985. Things have certainly changed! One thing that I'm sad about is the guacamole is never as good as it was... Used to be a must, now is an avoid for me. (Seems to be universal - regardless of restaurant)

Today we went to this location ordered the new quesobirria tacos, mini tacos and a beef flying saucer. All were amazing and didn't disappoint.

Also the place was very clean!

The only drawbacks were the cashiers were not as welcoming as they could be and the dining area felt cramped/awkward. I had to ask for each condiment separately... When asking for silverware, they gave me one at a time. The chairs are bolted to the floor so it wasn't comfortable eating in.

Ordered ahead since this was the only place open 24/7 and wasn't able to stop anywhere else for breakfast & when I got there to pick up my food they told me that had deliberately given my order away to someone else. I'm livid, what makes you think I'm not going to pickup something that I ordered. I'm starving, meanwhile someone else is having a really good day & enjoying my food.
