Such a horrible experience all the way to the top! It's Saturday night and I'm with a group of friends. We all decide to order from Jack and I volunteer to pick up the food. When getting back to house, we noticed a lot of food was missing. I asked for the food we had already to be remade since it was cold at this point. Didn't get his name but the 18 year old shift leader informed me that he didn't want to remake the order because we were responsible for checking our order before leaving. I had a vape pen in my hand for nicotine and he implied that I probably forgot because I was high. I took a lot of offense to that he imply something like that. Informed him that this whole experience was bad and he just kept referring to that he was only 18 and inexperienced... maybe you shouldn't have took on the role of a shift leader if you can't handle something so simple. I finally get him to agree to redo the order... or so I thought.. waited 20 minutes, saw many cars come and go.. still no food. Informed him I would be speaking to management about this. I call and leave a couple messages for Katina Garcia (store manager) no response. Calling in again and finally was able to speak with her. Let her know we didn't get our $32 worth of food and explained the story to her. She said that I would be refunded and that she would give me 2 large combo meals for the inconvenience. I agreed. Go into the store, she's not there and they had my name written down for 2 free combo meals that I had to get there and then and no refund...wasn't hungry and still want my money back from my original order. So I didn't take the food and asked for her to call me back. Still haven't heard from her so I called again today. Of course she isn't there again. Only option is to let you know about the horrible service you'll get when coming to this location. Mr. Box, you need to reevaluate who's in charge of this location and their decisions on who they put in charge. Keep the $32 and your 2 free large combo meals. Read moreI was very disappointed at this location. There were several (most)employees who wore their masks over their chins. I ordered the grilled sourdough chicken. They didn't have chicken. Fine, I ordered a burger. The girl getting the order ready was not wearing gloves. She also kept touching her mask. We finally got our order it was fine. They didn't get it wrong. I'll give them that. Finally, before we left I went to wash my hands. The restroom was awful. Paper on the floor, full trash can, no paper towels. I went to the counter to let them know the condition of the restroom. They guy rolled his eyes at me. It's not like they were busy. We were the only ones in the place. Now I see why. I should have guessed when there was only one car in the parking lot. Must have belonged to an employee. We will not be returning to this location.
