The service here is very friendly, and the wait wasn't too bad since we went as soon as they opened as friends told us it gets very busy quickly. The store does open a little later than your traditional donut shops, and be aware that if you plan on parking close to the store that adjacent to Mochinut is the drive thru entrance for the Starbucks next door. The texture of the "donuts" is very unique due to the mochi flour, and it reminds me of how moist and doughy freshly made Crispy Creme donuts are, but a tiny bit chewier. If you've had mochi, it is not quite that degree of chewiness, but somewhere in between fresh-made donuts and mochi. The flavors do rotate, and it can be a bit pricey (a dozen donuts will run you about $35 after you add in tax), but the quality in my opinion is worth it, or at least worth an initial try. The mochinuts are also a good size, and probably due in part to the mochi flour, one of these treats can be quite filling. They also have corn dogs and mozzarella "dogs" using the mochi flour and what looks like bread crumbs instead of corn bread which are also quite tasty. They serve boba drinks as well, and the ube boba tea was very creamy and delicious. My family was quite pleased with the food and drinks at Mochinut. The price is such that we won't be able to go as often as we would if we went to a Dunkin Donuts, but we will definitely be back, especially to treat the kids out to something tasty and different.

Sometimes you just want a sweet mochi doughnut, some boba, or a Korean corn dog, and this place is your spot! Their menu is quite an interesting collection of doughnuts, Korean corn dogs, lemonade, and boba. They have a great assortment of mochi doughnuts, you can order in 3,6 and 12, and they have a few different ones to chose from so you can a variety! They have six drinks of milk teas and blends with boba and six drinks of lemonade/juice flavors as well. They even come in super cool looking cans that are see thru! The Korean corn dogs and soft serve are quite delicious. They also have a ton of toppings to chose from as well. I must say overall they are delicious and the drinks are fantastic. They are all reasonable prices, but I might add that mochi doughnuts are a little pricey compared to everything else. So check this place out! Great food and drinks, great service, and although busy they get you thru quick and easy.

We came yesterday for the grand opening, super excited that they opened a store here in Murrieta. We hear hood things about Mochinut from people down in San Diego. Personally, I had the Tiger Milk with boba and it was great! The boba was fresh, firm and very chewy. The Korean Corndogs were the highlight though. They took a little while to make but was worth the wait. Friends LOVED the hot cheetoh covered hotdogs. My favorite and recommendation is the original. We tried the potato and ramen covered ones but will say those were a little harder to eat because of how crispy they were. But if super crunchy is your thing, those might be worth a try! Lastly, the mochi donuts were also amazing and a great compliment to the drinks. Nice and chewy and some of the flavors were yummy (churro, ube, strawberry were our favorite). All in all highly recommend! Its so nice to see these restaurants make their way up to our town!

Want to shout out to Tommy. I was having a horrible, terrible, depressing day, and walking into Mochinut seeing everyone with their friends made myself feel extra sad. I wish the donuts or ball things came in singles and not just only sold in 2s and 3s. I ask everytime if one day they'll sell them individually and every time they say no... Today after paying Tommy I made a depressed comment to myself something like, "I wish one day they'll be a single bakery item for lonely depressed people with no friends lol." Idk I was just rambling thinking out loud, miserable as could be. Now earlier I saw Tommy deal with a "karen" customer and 2 groups of kids. After me and out the door the line was ever growing. But you know what Tommy did despite all his upcoming battles with customers? He gave me a free mochi donut ball, thing I've wanted to try for MONTHS and just said something like, "Here for you." I was speechless. Thank you Tommy for helping my day turn around. From terrible to delicous! I'll definitely buy next time...if you guys can sell individually! Haha I still have no friends,...
