This review isn't about their foods/drinks or regular customer service. - I had never had a problem with that . I'm writing this review because for the first time, I did not feel comfortable at a Starbucks location. I hadn't been here in a couple months, but I used to usually go in once or twice a week to do homework for a couple hours in the evening. Never once was I rushed out of the place until today. This heavy-set woman with an uninviting attitude, whom I assume was the manager, told me I had about 13 minutes to leave even though they didn't close for 20 more minutes. Then as I was saving my work with about 4 minutes to close, she rudely asked, almost shouting, "Can you pack up!?" Many times it's not what you say, it's how you say it. She could have let me know they were about to close up in a dozen different polite ways. I feel that her demeanor should have been a great deal more friendly to match that of all other Starbucks employees I've encountered over the years. It is people like myself, customers, who keep businesses alive. Like most other people, I go to Starbucks for the excellent environment and service, not because I'm dying to spend 6 bucks on a cup of coffee. I really hope that this woman's attitude improves, and I hope that she is not the manager since her subordinates might begin to emulate her...
Read moreI known this place since 2010 wasn’t but until about 8 years hago that this male manager came in that makes it all difficult . They serve you 80% ice the rest liquid. He always makes a big deal when you try to get your drink fixed . They must do not do their job calibrating their machines bc their lates always come wrong. You try to request for what you suppose to get for $6.45 that spend every single F day. But not he always makes a big deal like he owns the billionaire business. Many times they close the dining room for no reason and now the restrooms have code to get in. I always have to go to another Starbucks to get my drinks fix. Oh I almost forgot… they take for ever to get your drinks ready specially on the drive trough. Compare the pictures of the Vanilla latte with light ice that is mostly milk from start this morning and the remake from the Starbucks I always end up going to get my drinks right .. I asked with no ice since I am not drink it tonight and look still the taste, consistency and coffee overall my coffee is perfect. What makes it so difficult to that manager to his work appropriately understanding that been on pro of the customers is where the busses...
Read morePROS: Lots of room ..has a very large outdoor patio with tables, chairs, & TWO large couches. Inside is nice with 2 bathrooms and several tables ..great friendly service. Has a drive through - which is pretty fast ..usually 5 employees working a shift. People actually order the food here quite often. Lots of different people come here ..young, old, business, student, fashionistas, hipsters, people watchers, & good ole fashioned nerdlings who actually drink the coffee.
CONS: Only one outlet inside ( there may be charging outlets at the long community table inside) ..not sure about outside. The ventilator fan at the front door is loud - serves a great purpose & many SB's have them, but still very loud ..get a table away from the door fan. Line inside is hit or miss ..usually miss ..BUT sometimes line can be 4 people long ..no more. Also hit or miss inside ..wait for order ..either very fast or somewhat slow...
