They also have great sales packages if you purchase a certain amount of products. They have most necessary items you need for a great cost. They make personalized cookie cutters, business cards, banners, and stencils, as well as edible prints. The edible prints are not guaranteed the correct color. Specifically red, it will always come out orange, I communicated with the girls who worked there. And unfortunately there is not much that they can do. Make sure to check all your images and for black smearing before leaving, if your images have lots of black in them. They said if a mistake is made they would be willing to do their best to fix it. The staff is very rude & have absolutely no customer service! Ive been a Lilac member for over 5 yrs & I was very surprised to experience this type of service! The staff at my usual locations (Riverside and Orange) are wonderful, so I thought that they would be the same at this location, but I was VERY wrong. That staff didn't give a damn about being polite and helping us purchase anything. It honestly seemed like they were annoyed that we were taking time away from their gossip!
