20231001T1455 - I arrived at the parking lot and ordered my food to the mobile app at 2:45 p.m. The place was dead empty except for 1 drive-thru customer. I walked inside and my meal was handed to me within 5 minutes. The only trouble with this is that the manager who handed me the food was not wearing a hat while working in the food area, including the open fry station. I'm pretty sure hats are part of food safety, right? I then looked around for a place to sit, since the customer area was trashed. Every table either had trash, grease, or a bunch of crumbs on it except three tables closest to the bathroom. Food was acceptable. The floors were even worse, with crumbs and trash underneath every table. The double trash can next to the door was overflowing. There are wet floor signs for no reason, since it was apparent nobody had swept or mopped recently. During the time I was there, approximately 30 minutes, nothing was done to correct any of this. The staff must have been having a meeting because I only heard them talking and laughing the entire time. I'm sure it was important. Upon leaving I looked for a place to put my trash and not add to the overflow situation, and the single trash being across the restaurant looked like it had room. Read moreUPDATE: after having had really poor service at my favorite Arby's and because the problem WAS the manager, I left a review here explaining what happened.... After cooling off a bit, I missed my fave sandwich and went back. Twice. The manager there still has a decidedly salty way about her. I even asked if her if she was having a bad day? I returned once after that and I'm sure I'll go back. However the experience will be better 😌 for me personally when I no longer am greeted by a sourpuss! *(Just a side note: I've always wondered employees that really don't work well with the public 🤔are promoted to management. Because they usually don't work well with other employees either...and employees that work in a negative atmosphere, no matter where that happens to be, are never the most productive or loyal) **( I mentioned in my last review that "I hope corporate sees this" and apparently they did. A few days ago in the mail I received a card from Arby's with a coupon for a free meal inside. It's not so much the free nail that I appreciated as it was impressive that corporate checks these reviews... I feel like that, if in corporations of Arbys size, they had one person whose only job was to check reviews from just regular customers like myself, their stores restaurants etc. would benefit...

Looked at the order and it was a totally different sandwich. So i had to go back inside because i didn't want to wait in the drive thru again. Girl at the counter was super friendly. She told her boss i wanted a full refund i didn't want the food. Her boss said well why? She said because the lady got the completely wrong order. The boss said well what does she want? The counter girl again told her she just wants her money back. The boss seemed put out and mad by the request.
