KFC — Restaurant in Muskogee

Stood there for at least 10 or 15 minutes without any acknowledgement. When finally they they did come to help I said thanks for the acknowledgement. Got my mobile order and left. Got home and they had forgot my extra gravy. I called and was told to come get it. I get there and again the staff seen me standing at the counter no acknowledgement. Then who i assume was the manager walked over and tossed my gravy at me. I asked if they had any fresh biscuits because the one I received were like hockey pucks. I told the very angry manager id pay for them.And who again I assume was the manager refused to answer if he was a manger had SUPPER aggressive attitude. I asked what his problem was and he started I was the problem. He asked the guy who gave me my original order if I was the lady that caused him problems he started yes. At this time I started getting really angry because of his attitude and he's still refusing to answer if he was a manger. Unfortunately at this point we're arguing he stating they are short handed. I told him I understand that but of 5 people not a single person could say someone will be with you in a moment. Then the im not sure he's a manager started obviously you don't and get out of his store. I was so freaking angry I called him a not very nice name and I shouldn't have done it but left his store. I'm a new resident in Muskogee and I'll never go to kfc...

Went through the drive-thru at 6:24 p.m. on November 22nd 2024 two five piece tender combos one combo with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw the other had mashed potatoes gravy and macaroni and cheese also ordered two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy, got to the window was handed to two boxes and that were bigger than usual so I went around checked my order and I'd received a four piece bone-in chicken combo so I took the order back into the building the lady at the front counter looked at the woman in the Drive-Thru who is not wearing a uniform and said there it is and they turned around and gave the food that they handed me through drive-thru that I took back in the building to another lady standing at the front counter. The lady at the front counter asked me if I touch the food I told her I had to open the boxes to see what was in the boxes and they still told her it was okay to go ahead and take the food. Proceeded to give me my order where I am still missing the two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy. The food safety in this restaurant is beyond terrible. I work in the restaurant industry and you are going to make somebody Sick by handing out food that you've already handed to somebody else your team already does not wear gloves when handling food So to give someone an order that has been handed out to the wrong person and brought back in...

Set 7:58 tonight I picked up an order from KFC I ordered in the Drive-Thru and had to pull around in the parking lot understandably to wait for the order it was a 12-piece regular and the 12 piece chicken strip meal when I got home 20 minutes away I found that most of the chicken strips are dry tough, I wouldn't feed to a dog, I have leather that's more Supple than these, trash. Some lazy employee and some lazy manager who supposedly was supervising said lazy employee for the past several hours sat and looked at Tenders in a warmer and let them sit there and sit there and sit there and then they serve them to me now I understand KFC might go ahead and offer to give me my money back they're not going to be able to replace the dinner that they ruined they won't be getting my money again please don't spend yours there I'll let you know if they try to fix this

P.S. I called the store for over 10 minutes to give the local store a chance to fix...
