5-16-18 My husband wanted to eat at Wendy’s (6:00 pm) We notice nobody was taking orders - we ask this family in front of us if they were waiting for an order or they havent take their order yet. Frustrated they reply we haven’t placed our order yet, So the couple ask this young kid walking around looking clueless if he can take their order -! Which he couldn’t ... he ask this lady ( manager) without teeth and horrible attitude if she can put her code on the computer and start taking some orders. She complain about been to busy and doing nothing else than cleaning some frieds out the counter .! Finally she decide to put her code and take the order ... waiting and waiting (we wasn’t the only ones) the order took so long to get them done that people before us and after us too they ask for a refund and left very upset .! This lady without teeth was keep complaints about how many year and bla bla working for the company ... people doesn’t do not care about how much experience you have ( none) they care about how good the food and ur service is and yours was terrible..!! I hope Wendy’s manangent suspend u for treating this young man who was working with the best mood and smiling to please and trying to be placent to the customer , (which u didn’t)and get their order right and not push everyone away and not getting they food. No one eat, except for my husband who has fries 🍟 after waiting about 10 minutes. Other people was there for longer than us And left upset with their money back . Ur attitude sucks, u shouldn’t been there working... is the first time I tried to order in ur store and I didn’t even do that because of ur bad service. U should be the one getting training and apologizes with the employees and customer and not trying to look good and tire ... u choose ur job no one else did... After we finally walk out and left u decide to give this lady with the two little girls they shakes and meal. Horrible service ... I won’t recommend or go to this...

Me and my boyfriend placed two separate orders and came inside to eat. Off the bat, boyfriend’s order was all the way wrong. He didn’t get his food, and I did not get ALL of my food. We went up, notified the worker, then waited MORE, then I got the rest of my order. Then, my boyfriend got an order, but it was just a copy about my order! We went up to bring it up to the worker, and he shuts us down and says WE’RE wrong. What?? 😭
Hair in my food. Long, dirty blonde hair I pulled out of my mouth that was cooked into a burger. Called and they gave us free food, but why was there ever hair? 😭
Got food, ate inside, watched one of the managers get ARRESTED. AND THEN LET. GO. If that tells you anything about the inside of this store.
Tonight, my boyfriend placed a mobile order at 8:12 for a simple burger, nuggets, and fries. We arrived around 8:14, and got told to pull into a parking spot to wait. Okay, fine. Couple minutes…someone comes up and asks if we had a completely different order. Nope, we had the mobile order. He walks away and never comes back. We proceed to sit for another 22 minutes. Overall, our order never came out for 25 minutes. We pulled around, notified the worker that we never got our food. She asks, “what do you mean?” …what? We clarified, and we pulled around to be told “we thought you got your food!” Insane. They offer free food for the inconvenience, okay cool. We ask for some fries and a vanilla frosty. They get us some fries, and then tell us that their frosty machine is making “weird noises” and would we like the chocolate instead. Insanity.

Read moreI would give 0 if I could. I ordered from post mates and called in to make sure my order was correct because the receipt showed something weird. I called and the first time I was hung up on. They legit picked up the phone and hung up. I called again and the lady that picked up clearly had no desire to do her job and was annoyed someone was calling. After getting that resolved we waited well over an hour for two cheeseburgers. When our post mate finally arrived the entire order was messed up. The drink was ours but everything else was someone elses. I have to eat gluten free and since none of it was, I couldn't eat. I called the driver and she told me Wendy's had carefully explained whose order was what and clearly they were wrong. So not only was my order wrong, but so was the other persons who ordered. At this point Wendy's had 10 minutes left before they closed. My post mates driver offered to go back over there and have them correct my order. When the post mates driver got there they had already closed down five minutes ago and refused her service that means they closed at least 15 mins early! This was my second time trying this Wendy's. The first time I believe I may have received food poisoning. I love Wendy's and decided to give them another shot just in case it was somewhere else that got me sick but I will never eat at this location again after...
