I typically am NOT a person to do this, but I’m literally soooo offended and hurt after my shopping experience today at Scrubs & Beyond- Myrtle Beach..
I walked into the store because my employer gets a discount here and allows us to payroll deduct. Mind you I’ve been in health care for over 5 and a half years now, and I’m SUPER PICKY about what brands I wear (typically only jockey). So I am encountered by a sales associate and ask if they sell jockey brand to which she informs me they do not and she’s unsure if they can order them.. Fast forward to me trying on literally every brand they have in the store to try and find a comparable brand.. Half way through I come out of the dressing room to ask my best friend her opinion to which this same associate tells me that “you need to squat down and bend over to make sure my scrubs will stretch and fit me properly.” Okay lady. For one I was about to be a recurring customer, however, I will send money back to WV and purchase them from a lady who has NEVER insulted me as if it’s the first time I’ve ever tried scrubs on in my life. I also, didn’t appreciate that you rudely informed me that I wouldn’t receive a discount on my Dansko shoes as if it were a determining factor in me purchasing them. I have never felt so offended and insulted in my life, I usually brush things like this off. I apologize for being disappointed that I can’t find the brand of scrubs I like anywhere in Myrtle Beach, and secondly if I were too big for the scrubs I tried on as you insuated, by stating that I “squat and bend over” in the scrubs I had on. I’m very well aware of the work my job entails as I’ve been doing it for quite some time now.
So Sheree at Myrtle Beach Scrubs & Beyond, thank you for ruining my day, making me feel insecure worse than I already do, and quite frankly ruining my ENTIRE experience...
Read moreThe selection was great. I’ve always loved this store, I frequented the location they had where I lived in Durham. However, this Myrtle Beach location made me never want to step into that store again. The associate working was so unbelievably rude. Maybe she was having a bad day but she seemed very annoyed by me asking about a specific color jacket. She seemed annoyed by my toddler walking around although I made she she touched nothing. she was not sociable at all. I don’t need you to be my friend when I’m shopping but it would be nice to feel like I was at least welcome in your store. I will stick to buying strictly online or finding another scrub store before I ever walk back into that store after my experience...
Read moreThe online stuff and the in person is totally different. In person I have had nothing but a great experience and everyone has always been very friendly and easy returns. I recently have made 3 different online orders. One was wrong style (my fault), different color top and bottom even tho I ordered the same color, and now it’s been weeks and I haven’t received my 3rd one. Customer service online is the worst ever, keep saying they will let me know updates but I have only been the one that’s called this far and they disregard what you are saying entirely. The in person store is just an hour away from me but I guess if I really need them I’ll just have to make the drive because I will never order...
