Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

The manager Karen is the best and makes sure customers are always happy. One night, I ordered pizza, and the manager that night was un professional and had no customer experience by his actions. He would get 0 stars if it were not for Karen, and they would have lost a frequent customer. My delivery driver brought the wrong pizza after about 45 minutes waiting. When he realized he brought the wrong pizza, he turned around and said wrong bag, nothing else. I waited about 15 min. We live 3 mi away. I called the manager, and he said, "You got reading the wrong pizzas again." I said no he said that's what the driver brought, and I said yes, he said your order is here. we will get it to you as soon as he gets back. It's been over and hour I don't want the pizzas sitting there. I asked what you are going to do to fix this? He said, "What do you expect me to do? umm, you're the manager duhh... He told me delivery was 1 1/2 hours, so he would send the ones sitting there back out, ummm nope. please cancel my order. I went in and spoke with Karen she explained he called her about the incident and asked if he offered Me a discount or to send free he told her he did not. She thought that because I did not call back , he made it right. Nope, he never called back. The day I went on and spoke with her she was polite and explained everything she expects at that store and made it all right that day. Thank you, Karen, for going above and beyond! Can you please work all day 7 days a week! The manager that was there, please watch close and learn from Karen or...

Update since 2021...very sadly I'm never ordering Domino's in general again but also would not recommend this location. The food isn't consistent & promises to make things better unfortunately rarely kept. I've come to find that Domino's as a whole, in other locations all over the country, food is hit or miss. That's exactly how I've felt & so I'm no longer a customer. Good luck Domino's, I do pray you get it together.

Update after last issue..Everyone at THIS location have been very helpful, kind, & professional. I don't know too many other companies that go out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care of as much as this Domino's.

Update about Domino's Corporate now since mid April '20...THEY don't get 5 stars & I want to make that very clear! I'd "maybe" give them 2 at the most because THEY don't seem to care at all. There was a promotion going if you placed an order online by a certain date, you got 30 points instead of 10. I qualified because I never order less than $10 worth & I've tried to contact corporate about these points several times & many ways. NO ONE has gotten back to me. I've been totally ignored & trying to get in touch with CORPORATE is ALWAYS an issue. This specific location again, especially management... is great but not...

Be careful when placing an order with this store, I'm not sure who answered the phone when I placed my order, but they had such a thick accent that I thought I'd called a Chinese restaurant by mistake (I'm not saying that to sound any kind of way, but it's true and I dont know how else to phrase it) and I dont think they could understand me any better than I could understand them.. I placed an order for a medium, pan style, Philly steak pizza with regular sauce and assiago cheese... went in and picked the order up, kept smelling fish on the drive home, but we assumed that it had been put through with a pizza with anchovies on it or something, it was dark but looked at it in the car and it looked normal, just smelled funny, got it home and in regular lighting it was obvious that the funny fish smell was because the assiago cheese had become anchovies.. that's what the person I spoke to heard when I said assiago cheese, they did not repeat my order back to me, and if they did I was unable to understand what was being said so I was not aware of the mistake until I got home with my pizza.. I cannot eat fish... I paid $20 for a pizza I had to throw away as I was not driving back across town to get a replacemet.. I doubt I will ever used this particular...
