We dined in for dinner on a Tuesday night. Definitely a hidden gem. Service was friendly and greeted immediately. Accommodating to my uncle who has crunches.
Started off with lumpia (Filipino spring roll) and they did not disappoint they were a good size and they were the right amount of crisp on the exterior. Seasoned well.
Mains; We had pancit bihon (thin noodle with an assortment of veggies seasoned really well) if you wanted you can add chicken/shrimp. palabok (another version of noddle with ground beef, chopped boiled egg and crispy pork rinds broken up on top, chicken wings (Parmesan + bbq sauce) salmon curry (Filipino style with coconut cream so you still had that green curry slight spiced but paired nicely with the sweetness of coconut cream) with rice, and pinakbet which is a dish made of bittermelon, squash, okra, beans, and other veggies it's a great nutritious vegetable medley.
Overall every dish we ordered was created to order, and might we say hats off to the chef. She did an amazing job serving up savoury, delicious, tasting dishes that was a nostalgic great taste of a Filipino family gathering dinner. Definitely Go check them out. Explore your taste buds. Because they will...
Read moreCame to the restaurant very dissapointed we travel 40 minutes and when me and my family got there not only that the restaurant looks filthy the service was horrible . I tried to order Filipino food and only 20 % of the menu is Filipino and everything is American food and fries fried food and when I ordered Filipino food the 4 Filipino food was sold out and I was left with 4 choices to pick from . FYI there's only 8 Filipino choices . The owner was so disrespectful for stating we are here to serve liquor that's how we make money and also advice me that to open my own business after I let them know how upset and dissapointed we are . She also said " I am from Davao our island is the biggest " that got nothing to do with bad service and bad false advertisement . I recommend no one should go to this establishment . I am a business owner as well but I didn't have to go there with that childish owner from Davao who felt like she is better than everyone else . They have 2 worker and that the owners . That just show you the business is...
Read moreMe and my bf were excited to try this place because of the food and the prices here but when we got here the security guard asks for our ID. We don’t have our ID on us because we didn’t expect to be IDed and we asked him was it possible for us to just order the food to go and that’s when he said he’d have to check my bfs bag when no where does it say that from what I’ve seen that we may be subjected to bag searches. He said that it “was sus as hell” that he couldn’t check his bag but if we couldn’t eat there why would you need to check the bag? Regardless, at the end he told us it was 21+ and that it’s “a late night spot” so why ask to check the bag when you haven’t even gotten our ID? We were very disappointed because we didn’t know this was a 21+ spot and because the security guard could’ve been a little nicer to us since we didn’t know. I hope you guys promote that it’s an 21+ spot more because we are hungry and now have to find another...
