I was there to purchase a new vape and juice since i broke mine during evacuation....usually cloud 9 is my go to store but since they were closed i decided to hit this store cuz its close to home. NEVER AGAIN! THE CLERK WAS RUDE AS HELL....I'VE NEVER FELT MORE UNWELCOME BEFORE IN MY LIFE. HE DID NOT ASSIST ME IN CHOSING A GOOD MOD, HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS A BOTHER TO HIM. I FINALLY JUST PICKED ONE N ASKED ABOUT JUICE N HE BLEW ME OFF. I WAS THERE AROUND 6:15 ON TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 18. I hope the owner of the shop elimates that employee hes bad for business n i will never be taking my business there ever again i'll wait for cloud 9 to be open again. I ended up leaving without juice and went down to vape shopon ocean blvd by Ripleys belive it or not n bought juice. Always great customer service from that crew also very accommodating to my needs. I love this place and am SO NOT OFFENDED BY THEIR PRICES. These shops are privately owned and thrive during the wonder lust of Myrtle Beachs peak seasons. That means for a good solid 5 months they make the brunt of their money and thrive on it all year long when it's slow. They do have to keep their lights on. Being on vacation, I totally expect to pay higher prices at a destination that is well know for travelers and vacationers. They have everything! In my small town, we are lucky to have gas stations with any of these products. Very good to have shops like these when you dont want to hit up shady locals. We went in a couple days ago and the male employee that helped us was amazing and very helpful. He explained everything that we asked about and even chatted with us for a bit. We went in again today (08/09/18) and there was a female employee in there yelling on the phone cussing and arguing with what seemed to be her mother. She was behind the counter screaming at the person on the phone. It was extremely unprofessional and really ruined the relaxed vibe you generally get when you walk into a smoke shop.
