Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

This location is giving Baskin Robbins a bad name. My family left disappointed and frustrated. We went inside to place our order. Cars kept coming through the drive-thru, so we had to wait until the employees to the orders of EVERYONE in line. Not sure why we weren't able to place our order between drive thru orders, or hold our place in order "line", even though we were dining room customers. There were no labels on the ice cream freezer, or a menu of flavors. When we asked the employees the flavors of ice cream they "didn't know" most of them. They were out of tons of the ice cream flavors, and had doubles of several of the flavors so that their cooler looked full. No flavor of the month or basic ice cream flavors. After attempting to make some modifications by creating sundaes with the few flavors they had, we were also informed they were out of toppings. I should have stuck with my gut instinct after we waited more than 15 minutes to place our order and just gone somewhere else. Will definitely NOT be going to this...

I ordered a cookie pizza online for a birthday dinner the same night. I arrived for pick up and the staff member said they didn’t make that product. The website asked for a phone number, they should have called to let me know they didn’t make that product before hand. Now I had 30 minutes before the birthday dinner to produce an ice cream cake. It didn’t happen. The staff was nice about it and offered a free drink or to let me have the one already made cake in the freezer which was 15% off and not a flavor that I child likes. A not liked flavor and a cake that was close to the expiration date, no thank you. My family really likes Baskin Robbins, but no more. I ordered a cake in which they failed to complete. The manager was very rude and brushed me off. She later tries to come outside and offer to make the cake, but I just wanted my money back. She goes inside and attempted to talk about me to her supervisor and when my mother addressed it she yelled out that my mother had a gun and called the police.
