Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Nampa

I went to Carl's Jr. today to get lunch for my family. We ordered a Santa Fe Chicken sandwich, Angus jalapeño burger, 9 piece chicken star, large fry, and a couple shakes. First of all I waited for a super long time inside. 4 people came in after me and got theirs and left well before mine was done and they all had similarly sized orders. Once we got our food I tried to take a bite of the chicken sandwich and the bun was so stale on the bottom I could literally barely get through it. I thought they had wrapped paper on the inside or something but it was just from the bun being brick stale. Then on the opposite end of the spectrum my husband's hamburger was so soggy the bottom bun disintegrated and there was a puddle of fluid on the bottom of the box. The meat looked like it had been soaked in water, it had no color whatsoever. Since the chicken sandwich was inedable due to the bun and the chicken being so stale and dry we went ahead and took it back and got a refund.. After that we realized that even though I had paid for a nine piece nugget they only gave my son six. Just all around poor service and poor food. The only reason I gave them a 2 star was because they made it kind of right by giving me a refund for the chicken sandwich. I will not be going back to...

Eveytime I go to this Carls Jr. the manger there is always rude and passive aggressive with her customers and employees. So this is the second time I have received a burnt bun. I went in around 6pm and order one famous star and a western with no sauce. On my western burger ,the bottom bun was cold and burnt, so I go to tell the lady that is in the front ,Lorena was her name. I tell her if they could remake it she responds with "That's how the bun came out since you got it with no sause" they remade it but then was visibly bothered. She tried to bicker with me about it. How the buns come out like that all the time, so I just ask her for my money back since it was such a issue. Lorena did but still upset. Anytime I go there in the morning the buns aren't burnt with sauce or no sauce so iether you guys have to get your thing fixed or it's just a lie. In general I'm a fan of Carl's Jr. The food at this restaurant is what you'd expect. My family enjoys it. This location in particular is one of my favorite places to take the kids. The play place here is nice. Pretty big and is clean. Also I can see in from the dining area. The restaurant, including bathrooms, is always clean and pleasant. The staff here is excellent. I have never had an issue with my order, and the couple times I've seen/heard people that did have issues they got it fixed for them no problem. Also, I don't go here super often but I have had them bring my food to the table I was planning to sit at before I was even done getting all the drinks. She said "You usually sit here so I put your stuff here, is that ok?" It was great. And we always make a little mess.
