I guess the ad on TV about Dominoes insurance, not true for the 12th Avenue Dominos in Nampa. On our order we had a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, extra meat, light mushroom, no provolone but American cheese. Usually when we order the sandwich it is loaded with Mushroom, Onions, Peppers. Pictured below is what we got. So I called to let them know that the sandwich was not up to par. Girl answers...I explain how sandwich is not how we ordered it. Explain what it looks like, etc. Immediately gives me an attitude. I ask for a replacement please. She says, I don't know if we can do that, then says she has to get her manager.(wait....so the ad is incorrect??). Manager gets on phone. "THIS IS EIDYN, I HEAR YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER!" Super attitude. No apology, nothing. I explain the situation. Still no apology. He tells me he can send a sandwich out but will be 30 to 45 minutes with an attitude. (We live about 2 miles away). I am kinda shocked. So I say ok. Then he hangs up. I am really upset at this point. I call back and same girl answers... I ask if I can get a credit or a refund. She is quiet for a bit, I say "Hello?"...she says she will get her manager and puts me on hold. Manager Eidyn answers..." We cannot issue credits or refunds, we can remake your sandwich!" I am upset at this point. "I cannot get a refund or credit? But the sandwich is not what I asked for. It was your mistake, Do you not honor the Dominoes insurance?" EIDYN:"I can send you a certificate, it will take 14 to 20 business days!" (Really rude) Me: "Can I get your reginal or district manager office number please?" EIDYN:"HERE LET ME TRANSFER YOU TO HIM!" Keith: This is Keith, how can I help you?" I explain the situation. He is very polite, apologetic, but explains that Dominoes is at the Mercy of the corporate office. They have to request for a certificate and it is up to them on how fast one gets the certificate. Read moreI usually like Domino's , and they have messed up a couple times but they always usually make it right. That is not the case this time. I use my free points every now and then. To get a free medium pizza well I tried to do that this Friday. And the delivery driver comes and brings me a receipt that says my total was 23.37. Because I ordered wings and cheesy bread with my free. Pizza i gave him a dollar sixty three tip which now my total is 25$. When I rechecked my bank account. It says they took $40 from me. I try to call the store to get it fixed And I get lied to saying that they're going to call me back on Super Bowl Sunday. They never do so I call back the next day just to deal with The rude manager named Isabel who didn't want to give her last name, and she thought it was hilarious to sit there and be snobby on the phone after I asked for her last name. And she pretty much told me how she couldn't help I'd have to get ahold of corporate so I am going to get ahold of corporate and I really hope they stop hiring dumb children to run their stores. It was very obvious. She was a child just by how she was acting and laughing on the phone I have never dealt with such a rude manager. And her name again is isabel Obviously her mama didn't teach her no manners And I'm probably not going to go through this store anymore. Especially if that is what they have representing them. And then they want to lie to me and act like they want to help me yet it's been a week since this accident and nobody has reached out besides the day that I kept calling. Read moreI'm located in Nampa Idaho. We have been dominoes customers for a long time now and tonight we were very disappointed in the customer service. We ordered a large pizza some Parmesan bites and 40 piece wings. We placed the order over the phone around 6pm. Finally after waiting an hour and a half we called the store that we have consistently ordered from for the past 8 years (store#7310 in Nampa ID) and asked them where our pizza was. After being juggled on the phone for awhile Jared hops on the phone and tells us that they had gotten the order transferred from a different location and that the address that was transferred to them was incorrect and that the number connected to the order was also incorrect. So I proceeded to give them the correct information, which they have saved in their system and it automatically pops up every other time we have called along with all our order details. They then tell us that they can send out the old order that's been sitting there for an hour and a half or we can cancel the order and get a refund. We ask them if they would be willing to give our order to us freshly made free of cost because it wasn't our mistake it was theirs. The manager Ali gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me that they can make our order fresh but that we would have to pay for it.. like I said we have been customers of this specific location for many years and are not looking for a hand out but just to have our order made right and to be compensated for our time and energy in trying to figure out where our food was and she told us that there was nothing more she could do and hung up the phone.
