Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Nampa

I normally love this place, switched away from pizza hut to here. Usually order every weekend with family, normally its great and delivered quickly. Tonight was a disappointment, everyone elses food came just fine. Mine was a mistake, which normally even if i get a wrong order i will just eat it so as not to be a pain. But this time, not only was it the wrong thing but it was BURNT to a crisp nothing to eat. I called to tell them and was actually asked if i wanted it remade... it was supposed to be my dinner, i was really hungry and i wanted to eat. My family got to eat while i had to wait what they said would be 30 to 40 mins before it would come. Suggestion please dont sound annoyed when your mistake lands on someones doorstep, just apologize and try to correct it as quick as you can. I am always thankful for the service which is why i always tip more than 25% for you guys doing what you due during all this covid mess. was hoping to improve this review to end with a great customer service experience... but no, the pizza was to be to delivered to me by 740 at the latest was still not here by 750. I look again at 830 and pizza is there, great no one gave any notifications, no knock on the door , no ring to the door bell. And with temps that low the new pizza was stone cold. Used to be my favorite chain. Now the pizza is never cooked long enough and I am tired of paying their high prices for undercooked pizza.. I am adding something new today 6/28/2022. I ordered a pizza online and it offered me 25% off. I ordered the pizza and it didn’t take it off. Regardless of my mistake or theirs, I called the store under the direction of the national line which told me they would likely honor it when I spoke to them. The young woman I spoke to at approximately 9:05 PM in 6/28/22 refused to honor my 25% off because I had ordered the pizza online. I have ordered from this chain for 15 years at least 30 times per year and I will never again. What’s the big deal right? Shame in this store for representing Papa Johns in such a bad way. You got the guy who reviews you hard and is fair. I will never give Papa Johns my money ever again. The woman I spoke to was the manager after all and she was rude and didn’t budge. I am disgusted by her response when I called back and asked for the store owner or manager to give me a call in regards to this review and this is when I found out it was her. My husband has an online account that we order from. We have been using it for years. It even saved our pizza as our favorite. We tried to order online and do a half and half like we always do and all kinds of trouble with the website, it was very frustrating. So we decided to call in. ! I hate that we can’t just call the local store like we used to you now get that terrible call Service with people from another country that do not speak Good English or understand English,!! He repeated the pizza 4-5 times to us and kept trying to get us to upgrade and add things to our order. At the end, he said our pizza would be $31 and some change, I said you must have done something wrong. There is no way I will pay $31 for a large pizza.!! Especially since on the website, it said $18. Which is what we usually pay.!! we hung up on him and tried to call back and get someone else and got the same man.
