Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Nampa

I enjoy Jimmy John's sandwiches. I prefer a sandwich heavy on mayonnaise and veggies, and light on meat (seriously this is what I prefer) and Jimmy John's delivers this. Plus they have drive thru. My big pet peeve is how the kids working there take your order at the drive thru, its honestly rediculous and follows no clear script or formula. Basically they ask you how you are, wait for a reply, and then give you absolute scilence until you start your order. One kid there repeats the order back to you at every step, usually forgetting the simple order I gave him and having to clarify again. I usually get a giant JJBLT with avo spread and onions, it's very simple. They are confused by it everytime and ask if I want cheese...no, I do not, it doesn't come with cheese, so why make an extra point to ask me?? I still eat there because 95% of tye time they get my order right and make a good sandwich. Today they handed me a sandwich with bacon only on one side, cheese (remember I don't want cheese!!) And the bread was ripped halfway down the loaf, so lettuce was spilling out. I just feel like if I'm paying almost $20 for a sandwich ($17 and some change!!) I'd like it to be made to perfection and I'd like the person taking my order to prompt me to give an order, like literally every other drive...

I eat at Jimmy John's 3-4 times a month at different locations in the valley. Normally I have good experiences at each of the locations however this location on Caldwell Blvd is special. You are not greeted when you arrive (3 visits), your online order is never at the pick up stand you have to wander over to the counter pickup area where your ignored for as long as your willing to stand there as I learned today. Today I decided to leave a review because I was scolded that I need to let them know I was there to pickup my order. Maybe if someone greeted me at the FC by the entrance it would have not been an issue since I would have said why I was there. Also maybe just ask if someone is waiting at the pickup area don't put your lack of hospitality on me its your problem. Final thought if you have a place to put online orders after they are completed like the "pre-order pickup" none of this would even be an issue. Bottom line is hospitality at this location is poor and needs improvement as this was not the first visit it...

Personally love Jimmy Johns and eat there on a regular basis, but I will no longer go to this Jimmy Johns and would much rather drive the extra 15 minutes to a different location.

Was looking to grab a quick bite to eat the other night and when approaching the door an employee saw us coming and then ran over and locked the doors at 8:50. We knocked and was rudely ignored by staff. What is frustrating about this is that we have been told that Jimmy Johns policy is that the doors must remained unlocked during business hours and the front doors are not to be locked until 9:10. This comes down to pure laziness of staff as well as came across very disrespectful.

Returned there today to try and resolve the issue and asked if they had changed their hours from 9 to 8:45 and was treated very disrespectfully by staff and management as well as had employees lying saying we had not come till 9:15 when that is not the case. I highly urge people to go to a different Jimmy Johns location in the valley where they will actually...
