I would like to specifically address the manager of the Papa Murphy's on Garrity. Having to leave 1 star insinuates that 1 star was earned. If you are willing to read this you can decide for yourself if 1 star is appropriate.
We waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes which was somewhat expected. Once we made it to the window we watched the worker at the window help person after person at the register. I find it difficult to believe that she didn't think anyone was in the drive thru. No one was making pizzas. One worker was stocking cheese, another was on his phone. After the register worker helped 5 people at the counter she opened the window and apologized. We gave her our name and she asked us if we prepaid online which we had (I have the receipt via email). She went to gather the pizza. She said she couldn't find it. She looked in the system and still couldn't find it. My frustration was quite high at this point so we left. My wife called the store to ask for a refund and we were informed that that it was not possible because there was no manager at the store for the rest of the day. This may be a blessing since we went to a competitor that we hadn't tried and was very pleased. We will definitely be back to the new find. Now I know that Papa Murphy's will not miss my business and I'm also not expecting anything to come from this but we spent a total of $60 for 1 large pizza. That could be painful for some and is hopefully considered unacceptable by the store manager. Thoughts...

This store has horrible customer service. I’ve emailed the company more than once with no response. I ordered a BOGO Lg pepperoni pizza and didn’t get the second one. I tried to explain the offer and they wouldn’t even look up my order again (after they took my money) to confirm what I ordered. The store was chaotic in general. The one pizza they did give me was placed in wrong location but that wasn’t even discovered until after I was informed by the cashier (who bu they way kept his hand on his poor fitting mask the entire time I was there.. so unsanitary! I was going to just tell them no thanks when I say this but I didn’t personally witness him making any pizzas.) -anyway the cashier informed me that my order hadn’t actually been started. It was just a whole mess. Every person working in this store needs customer service retraining AND safe use of masks information. I won’t be going back but I’d still like the company to make it right...
Read moreI order my pizzas online, and go pick them up 30-45 minutes later when it says they'll be ready by... tell me why I showed up 30 minutes after the time they were supposed to be ready (and weren't) and the was a Parking lot full of people waiting for their pizzas as well...the drive thru line around the building, people in the store waiting... good thing I didn't show up on time. I still waited 30 minutes for an order I had placed 2 hours prior... no explanation... I let them know I needed to be somewhere they asked me to park in the Already full lot.. when I noticed other people in their vehicles waiting 15-minutes and still not getting their orders I realized I had made a mistake in going there that day.
