Lets get this out of the way, their ice cream is phenomenal. Why they're only getting 2 stars is simple, service and stock.

For starters, owners, just take yourself out of doordash/uber eats/grubhub. This service could be great for you, but you never update your menus so every order comes with a phone call about how you don't have what was ordered. It's just pointless, you're wasting the drivers and customers time with this. It's bad service that leaves a bad impression.

Which leads to the second problem, they're perpetually out of stock. Which is great for their business, it means they're getting tons of traffic. Awesome and well deserved. but when you go in week after week trying to just grab a pint of your wife's favorite from here, and they never, ever, have it. You start considering every other option BUT this one, because it becomes a waste of time.

Fix your stock issues and this place is an easy 5/5. For now though, I'm going elsewhere. As I've attempted to buy in person and via the listed apps above about 6 times in the last 2 weeks, and have yet to successfully get what...

Be aware the people that work here are very dishonest. I bought 3 popsicle ice cream and only 2 ice cream scoops. The woman charged me $60 and I didn’t realized until it was too late. I calmly tried to get a refund back, I was not upset, I told them, you guys made a mistake, I know is late at night, but could you please give me a refund. But they were just all nasty, all of the 4 woman working that night there got so upset, and annoyed I was trying to get a refund. It was their mistake. Not mine, I told them right away when I saw my receipt that it didn’t look right. But they didn’t care. Apparently the girl who charged us was new. They told me they wouldn’t refund my credit card but instead will give me a giftcard, who knows why, because to be sincere after that nasty experience and the 0 costumer service they provided, I never wanted to go back. I still accepted the giftcard and now, two months later I have tried to use the apparent “giftcard” with the refund they gave me””, at a location in Meridian, and they told me the giftcard was empty. This place steals customers...

I’m gluten, dairy and chocolate free because of allergies. It is a delight to be able to enjoy an “ice cream” in a waffle cone when going out with family and friends!

I also have sensitivity to corn, soy and regular sugar. Using coconut milk instead of bean, oat, and nut milks is wonderful! Plus, it would be extra special to be able to avoid refined sugar, so maybe your nutritionists could please consider the natural alternative sugar Boka/Bocha (spelled both ways) derived from squash. Use 1:1 ratio instead of refined cane sugar. It’s very sweet tasting, too.

Additionally, the service was kind, friendly and top rate. The table the four of us sat at indoors was big enough for us all and clean, though we didn’t leave it without drips.

On a different day and time our large party sat at the outdoor picnic tables, which was helpful and enjoyable.

Edit: The staff in Twin Falls is tops! They know their products, are very helpful and seem to take pride in their work. The staff in Meridian and Nampa is inconsistent to be very helpful or knowledgeable about...
