I was driving around downtown Nampa this afternoon and this place caught my eye. Intrigued by the name and the classy looking exterior, I decided to stop in; I'm SO glad I did. This place is absolutely gorgeous! Very artful decor, warm, inviting, and the bar is well-stocked with a variety of spirits. I opted for a coffee since I was solo and driving- wonderful "Honey Nut Cheerios" served hot with half n half, honey & cinnamon. I'm a new arrival to the Treasure Valley and really appreciated that such a place exists in Nampa that rivals any similar big-city establishments I've visited. The cocktail menu looks great & I can't wait to return (with a designated driver) to try them out. There was a surprise 70th birthday party going on in the back (that was fun to watch!), several smaller groups and a couple of "Saturday afternoon dates" filling the place; the staff warm & friendly and the overall vibe very jovial with music playing in the background yet chill enough to carry on a conversation without straining to hear. The only thing that would make this place PERFECT: live music (in particular, jazz)...for those of us too lazy to drive to Boise lol.
Can't wait to bring my more seasoned "2C" friends here- I'm pretty certain they haven't heard of it and will be equally as delighted when they walk in and experience it! As well, I look forward to visiting at different times of the day (being open from 7 am- 1 am) to enjoy the changing scene. Thank you to the owners for creating such a special...

Nestled in a charming spot, the atmosphere is absolutely lovely. The mid-century modern design elements create a warm and inviting space that's perfect for both relaxed coffee dates and lively cocktail evenings.
The cocktail menu is a standout feature , each drink is not only creative but also beautifully presented, showcasing the artistry that goes into their mixology. It's clear that the talented bartenders take pride in crafting unique concoctions that delight the senses.
What truly made my visit special was the staff. They were super friendly and attentive, making sure we felt welcomed right from the moment we walked in. I hadn't even heard of Syringa until my boyfriend brought me here, and I was genuinely impressed by what this hidden gem has to offer.
I sincerely hope they continue to gain popularity and success because itās wonderful to support local businesses that bring such joy to our community. If youāre looking for a place that combines great drinks, a beautiful atmosphere, and friendly service, Syringa should definitely be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf the owners attitude matched the decor of this place, then this would be the best place for your overpriced cocktails...been in a few times while passing through...have seen the owner a few times a lady with dark hair... and never were we greeted or even said hello to....even after a $200 bar tab...seemed very into herself...and witnessed one time a customer and her arguing what appeared to be high end tequila that was refilled well tequila.. Came through on a rare Sunday night and was served by an amazing bartender... I think her name is Erin..was met with her hubs, cool as hell couple! She is way to good for that stuck up bar. You can get way better drinks from Whiskey River for way better prices...and they welcome you right in.. other than the gal on Sunday nights,... go see Gary at Whiskey around the corner, your ego and pocket book will be glad you did... we have been a ton of places, and Gary by far is the best at his craft!!! Syringa, you are waaaaayyyy over rated and overpriced..Boise might be a better fit for ya. We as a band won't darken that doorstep again... but we will miss the non stop videos of the Bob Ross channel,...
