Edit 6/22/2025 We picked this spot for dinner after my son graduated from Vintage High School. There weren't too many places open late night after the graduation ceremony so this was it. Food is always on point as with the service. Always a great time had here, no matter who you walk in the door with.
Parking - Parked at the Farmer's Market lot around the corner. I didn't want to fight w/ anyone for parking a little closer as that day there was something going on downtown for us locals.
The spot and seating - Haven't been here in a long while so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in because they've expanded, massively. They have a whole other side, and the layout works! This was our dinner spot after spending some time w/ the managers and bosses from Admin. Appreciation Day. We were seated family style, down the middle of the pub. Our server was the bomb, very attentive and always came with help to bring our drank, apps and eventually dinners to us. Many, many tables to choose from, seating anywhere from 2 to 6, comfortably, without having to move tables around. There's bar seating too! Tons and tons of tvs, obviously with sports on. That day there was baseball, hockey and of course, basketball playing all around me.
Food, drink, drank It was a workday (yea, I know, I was being good), so I didn't get a drank, but what I did get to taste is their strawberry lemonade. Super yummy, refreshing and came dressed w/ a dried strawberry. Appetizers on the table were -
Rueben croquettes - I didn't get to taste these, but the eye candy was there, I just didn't reach for it.
Cheese curds - Yo, this w/ roasted poblano-buttermilk dressing was smackers. It was cheese tho' so I didn't want to go overboard, but these were gone first. There was definitely deep fried, so eating it while it was fresh is a must.
Smoke brisker poppers - Didn't reach for these ones too. Hey, I was with the office, didn't want the bubble guts, I wasn't ready. These were the second ones to go though. So it must've been that good!
I had the spicy fried chicken sando (jalapenos are already on the side). This came topped w. pickled red onions. Elevated the flavor 5x, imo. Ordered their garlic fries to go w/ my sammy. Fries w/ fried crispy and the garlic was front and center.
Overall, great experience. Even hung out and finished a play off game. Now I can say I've been to a pub during happy hour. Will be back! Get there! Oh - you can order from the comforts of home too. ...
Read moreI was in there this afternoon. Today is November about 3 pm. 11/12/24 . I will say that I was very disappointed in the service. I sat at the bar, the female brunette Bartender, that was was not very friendly or welcoming in fact She seemed grumpy. She was more interested in socializing with the fellow at the end of the bar as opposed to giving any information about the menu. Just getting the menu I had to flag down the The girl down after sitting there for 5 minutes. I let her know that I was into IPA's, she really made no suggestions, she didn't even seem like she wanted to be bothered with me. After getting me a taste one of my options she walked away, she did not give any sales pitches, nor tell me about anything else she had on tap.. As to any other similar drinks. She just walked away, to socialize with the guy at the end of the bar. I finally flagged her down again. I ordered a drink and she walked away. She didn't ask if I wanted anything to eat nothing. She walked away. It was so rude. I eventually flagged her down again and put my food order in. Another fellow came behind the bar and was much friendlier. He did not take my order.Invited me to play the raffle game. They we're having. Once I received my food. I ordered the shrimp in the baguettes which was quite good. The sauce was perfect. The shrimp was perfect. I requested my tab from the fellow behind the bar, in which the female came back and not very politely.Put the tab down in front of me. I paid cash for my meal and left $2.00 on a thirty dollar tab. The two dollars was not for her, but for the fellow behind the bar who invited me to play the game.
Servers/bartenders should be educated in their menus. Both in food and drinks. They should be polite and & Welcoming. this girl behind the bar needs, go back to charm school and take some classes on sales and being polite and welcoming. So customers will want...

Walked in to enjoy some food and a drink. Front sign said seat yourself. My partner and I sat at an area close to the bar. While attempting to find a menu, the host came by and rudely slammed down a 'reserved' sign on the table and demanded we move. My partner and I got up, and on walking back to the entrance, pointed out to the host that the sign said 'seat yourself', to which he responded by turning the sign around and gave a snark comment of "there, fixed that." My partner and I, both surprised, walked over to another area where there were open tables; the host promptly came by and began to move the tables around, moving chairs, and to push me aside, saying that he needed to separate the table to make seating for two...
After such a disgusting display of lack of respect, not to mention basic customer service, my partner and I left.
Management should reconsider hiring rude incompetent hosts.
