Small World Restaurant — Restaurant in Napa

Any restaurant that serves Frank’s Red Hot as their default hot sauce is worth visiting, in my opinion. Besides that, Small World has been my favorite restaurant since I was a teenager. I grew up in the Napa Valley. I’ve been all over the place, to New York, Chicago, Europe, all across the states, and more… and this is still the best falafel I’ve ever had. My choice is usually to order the lamb or falafel gyro, add hummus, with ranch, tzitziki, and hot sauce (frank’s). I promise it will not disappoint. Been coming here for years, quality and service has been upheld, I’m continually impressed with this place. Coming here is like a spiritual experience every time I come back to the valley. Waited over 75 mins with 2 kids at 1pm. We were told 30-40 mins when placing orders. Time came and went.. I asked and it was 10 min away for another 30 mins. I guess it was the luck of the draw for us since after us there was very little traffic. Plus too few cooks I suppose. Regardless, estimation was way off and I could have done something else for my little one (which I did do anyways). Food was.. ok when it came. The cafe is all about world peace . I went to get a simple hummus and falafel order at 4:50 and door was open . The Manager yelled out we’re closed at 5pm even though door was open and people were in there . I told her the door was open can you take this simple last order . The manager someone who needs better training as to how to treat customers , said nope she was not taking anymore orders I told her she should’ve closed the door . She couldn’t have cared less , as I was leaving I heard her laughing . This is unacceptable and unprofessional .
