lululemon — Local services in Napa

I felt like they treated me as if I was going to steal stuff. Have been here before a few months ago, it was awesome. But to my surprise, this time I visited, it was completely different in a very weird way. This is long. If you’d like to read it, here it goes…

When having my items ready to try on, the male employee asked for my name. I told him my name and there was a room already started for me. He just stared at me and insisted on writing my name down on a new room. I told him again, and I tried to point at the room with my name on it. Was he even listening??? He just stared at me up and down and told me “you’ll have to leave your bag outside please!” with his hand sticking out to grab my bag. I then handed him my bag. He immediately tossed the bag on to the middle of the floor. After seeing that, I had no more words. I had my thong in the bag to try on the leggings for hygiene. A minute later, I decided to come out of the fitting room with their dress on to grab the panty in my bag and found him coming closer to me with a stare, asking really loudly about the dress that I had on. I freaked out and grabbed my phone and wallet instead and walked back to the room fast. The bag was moved to a different location on the floor btw. I ended up not trying their leggings. Not even 10 seconds got inside the room, he yelled/screamed across the door my name and if I needed more sizes and stuff. And it was like that every 30 seconds. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. His voice had that kind of attitude. I was just trying on clothes, not trying steal them!!!. I said I was still thinking/unsure about them. There was/were ladies trying on clothes next to my fitting room. I heard another female worker asked if she would like to leave the bag outside or bring it inside with her, the lady said she would like to keep the bag with her. That was respected. What the heck!!! I’ve never experienced such a pain to try on clothes with lulu before. I’m not exaggerating this. Come and experience his stare and attitude for yourself if you’re the right target.

I then proceeded to hold on to 2 items and browsing some more at the men section to get something for my husband, and the whole time, i was “harassed" to bring the items I was holding to the front to check out. I bought the items including one for my husband. The cashier asked if I had a phone number with them. In my head, I was so done with them. And so I said no and I didn’t want to sign up. It was such a pain with awkward silence during checkout process. Oh well, I might look like I couldn’t afford their clothes or belong to their store...

I came in to make an exchange for some items I was gifted for birthday. The lady in the front was so kind helped me find what I was looking for. I proceeded to try on the items I wasn’t there for long and then I hear a different voice ask me betsi how is everything going… I was already heading out the fitting room at that point then I’m looking around the store asking for my moms opinion on certain pieces, I just felt him looking at me the whole time I guess he’s the manager or supervisor. Then he asked me if I needed him to hold anything upfront for me when I was only holding 2 items. I had a hard time trying to exchange my items with him the way he spoke to me was disrespectful and I’m just shocked he’s some type of manger or supervisor there I don’t know his name but he looked Filipino. Visited the Napa Lululemon for a couple of exchanges and was helped by Michelle and had a great customer service experience I recently ordered a pair of ABC Slim-Fit pants online, but they were not the the warpstream fabric I like (My mistake when ordering). Michelle assisted in a smooth process of returning and ordering my preferred style of pants. I brought in my first pair of ABC slim-fit pants that had stitching coming undone near the zipper. I have heard that Lululemon honors fabrication issues (Only word of mouth, not confirmed). Michelle was able to explain the process and was able accept my favorite pants to send in for repairing.
