This was our second time here after we had a great experience 2+ years ago. Back then we really liked the GF nondairy cheese pizza. Today we finally made it back. We ordered GF nondairy cheese pizza, with sausage on half of it. The sausage part looked good, while the cheese part was at least 50% of the surface burnt pure black. There is a pic of it in the photos. When I said it's too burnt, Kevin began arguing with me, saying "it's not burnt, just nondairy". He spent a lot of time actually arguing, backtalking, acting extremely cocky (even my kids noticed), shaking his head as if in disbelief of my craziness, pointing to a small burnt crumb on the edge of the crust with the sausage topping and saying "this is also burn then, but your kid is eating it". There's a difference between a burnt crumb on the edge of the crust and a burnt surface of the cheese itself. Despicable manner of this young man. Smart mouthed, disrespectful, cocky. I actually showed the burnt half to a customer who was sitting right next to the register and she confirmed it to no surprise. He was on one hand arguing that the cheese is not burnt, on the other saying that it has to be this way or the crust will be undercooked. Well, I am sure there's a way to figure that out just like they did 2 yrs ago and like all the other pizzerias who offer GF nondairy cheese pizzas do. Read moreI had to include a visit to the most enjoyable fast/casual Neapolitan Pizza restaurant I can imagine. Owner Bill Wilson has done his homework and offers up a very unique experience. My only experience to date, with this style pie, has been on food trucks. Brick's offers up so much more, It's a piece of Naples in Naperville.
Our group was treated to what a lunch must be like with a visit to Naples. For a starter, you will flip for the Fresh Tomato Bruschetta, so fresh and scrumptious. Then came the gamut of some incredibly light and delicious pizzas. The Margherita, Pepperoni and Banana Pepper, their Bricks Pizza, Sunnyside Up and perhaps my favorite was the White Arugula.
I enjoyed the texture, taste and aroma of each pie. The attention to detail was perfect. I don't think this would be the type of pizza you would want to bring home, as only 90 seconds in the oven and it's ready to eat.
Pricing are very reasonable, as their items are of the highest of quality. I am embarrassed it took me nearly 18 months to try this spot out, I've had it bookmarked forever.
Plenty of Craft beer and wine. They have some great desserts too, the lemon gelato was the perfect ending to an enjoyable feast. I can see a visit for their soups and sandwiches in my future too. Well done...

It has a good portion, the serving of it is really great, and it is so creative. All of the food here is really great! Their best seller in this spot is their spinach pizza, it is so unique, quality, and really worth a try. No regrets here! Everything was perfect and super delicious. Their staff here is really nice, decent, and attentive. They are always willing to help and assist the customers. Also giving the things that the customers need from their kitchen such as extra water, condiments, table napkin, and others. They are so responsible and personable. Everyone here is really accommodating and working so fast. Billy Bricks also got the perfect location, they are so near, and they are the center of the area of Naperville.
