I’d like to start off saying, I’m one of those people that rarely slams a business, and this might be the first one star rating I’ve ever given. Was going to review this on Grubhub, but it won’t let me since I complained about the order. I gave them three stars out of five for the atmosphere since I didn’t go there.
I’m a big Dunkin’ fan and usually go to the one by my house. For some reason, GrubHub delivered from this one instead. I ordered 2 Mike’s Hot Honey Bacon, Egg & Cheese sandwiches. They couldn’t have screwed it up worse.
I ordered them on a croissant, but they put them on some very stale hamburger buns. I selected white cheddar and they gave me American cheese. They did manage to get the hot honey bacon on there, but forgot to put on any hot honey sauce.
I’m a big Mike’s fan and have the stuff at home so I know it tastes like very well. I was excited for something that sounded really interesting, but this may have been the most flavorless thing I’ve ever eaten. And I’m not exaggerating. Like I said, I’m not one to slam places and the food at the Dunkin’ in Naperville has always been great.
But truly, the sandwich had no flavor. You put your nose up to it and it was like smelling an envelope. This may be the first time that I’ve ever had bacon that didn’t have some flavor. I thought that was pretty much impossible.
And on top of that, when I took my first bite, the center of the egg actually still had ice crystals in it.
Overall, I think Dunkin’ is a great place, but be wary when you order online from this one. It’s pretty frustrating shelling out $23 for two sandwiches and then realizing I could’ve just pulled a couple of my socks out of the drawer and eaten...

I can handle that, I work in customer service, we all have those days, what set me off was the woman in front of me was Muslim and cannot have pork or cross contaminants of pork, this man cut my sandwich with pepperoni on it then proceeded to cut hers with the same knife. When the woman asked if it had been the same knife he lied rudely to her face so he wouldn’t have to remake the sandwich. If you cannot respect someones religious dietary restrictions there is absolutely no reason you should be working in the food industry. I bit my tongue while inside, but that was just unacceptable.
