Usually we like Heavenly Donuts but the whole experience at the Nashua Canal Street location was a huge disappointment. The girl at the window was quite rude. Usually when you give someone a tip the correct response would be “thank you”. This girl just took it and walked away. No response at all. Ordered through door dash. Blueberry muffin wasn't cut nor was butter added. Coffee lid was filthy, nothing was bagged, I got an item that wasn't available but got charged for it anyhow. Door dash ended up taking care of that. That was my first time ordering from there. I'm disappointed, I realize mistakes happen. But... multiple in 1 order?!??! It ruins your yummy edge.
