Nature's Nectar — Restaurant in Nashua

As someone who worked in the mall natures nectars was always a good go to for a healthy snack. Their smoothies are delicious and I’ve always had a great experience up until now when I just went with my fiancé. The young man who helped us was texting and we had to wait for him to finish in order to order. I get it maybe it was important, so we just let that go. We ordered our two smoothies and both were made in dirty blenders. We have no idea what was in the blender prior, and therefore don’t know what cross contamination occurred. Normally we wouldn’t make a big deal, but my fiancé is allergic to tree nuts so we don’t know if almond milk residue was left or not. He also didn’t wear gloves and touched the banana that was used for my smoothie with his hands. And served our smoothies with straws in which he touched the top of with his hands. Im not one to leave reviews or even say anything, I’m usually go with the flow. But that whole experience and lack of safe serving was very disappointing. Order: Smoothie Bowl (pink one)

Pros: -strawberries tasted good -the smoothie part tasted fresh and good -looks aesthetic -clean shop

Cons: -i thought this was going to be like an açaí bowl, but it was literally a container filled with liquid with some fruit/granola in it. -super hard to open without spilling -after you eat all the granola/strawberries, you’re left with a still 3/4 bowl of liquid and coconut shavings that you have to eat with a spoon -expensive, $10 but that’s the industry standard i guess -when ordered, i stood there for 5 minutes while one girl made a smoothie and the other girl did nothing. when ordering, we could not hear each other at all because of the loud smoothie machines -i understand that smoothies take a long time to make, but the wait was definitely too long. my smoothie took so long to make

This is by far my favorite place to get a smoothie. I've been to a number of smoothie places, but this place definitely has the best ones. The product sells itself, really.

But I have to say, the real star of this smoothie joint is the talent that works there. Specifically, the young lady, Erika, who always takes extra time to make my smoothie just right. It's rare that you find someone who takes so much pride in their job. It genuinely struck me. She's very friendly and makes an effort to promote the business. She cares about the customers and works through rushes with a smile and a friendly demeanor. I've never once gotten a bad attitude from her, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make every guest's visit one that breeds a return customer.

This place outperformed my expectations and I am a regular customer now.
