Best Wok Chinese restaurant — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Just left this location again about seventeen min ago. The person working up front handed a Doordash order to me and seems she had some type of attitude. Last week I was in there and a different guy older man tried to get attitude when I asked him was my Doordash order ready, yet. I had been standing there waiting about 9 or ten min so I asked. Plus there were quite a few other to go orders bagged up on the counter, I wanted to be sure he knew it was not one of those. In addition with people normally other delivery people a lot of times walking in and cutting line of people already standing at the pick up area (happens a lot), to get an order, I just make sure it doesn’t happen to me. So I say something. There are times that the store personnel in general doesn’t pay attention to or if doesn’t matter to them waist the line order is, on most occasions it seems.

However, for the lady today to have attitude and kind of set the bad down with extra force on the counter (I have been in there several times before this so I can tell the difference) and that guy last week to have tried to get his attitude cause I asked him a question says to me, it’s personal. I walked in purchased two combination plates. One plate had chow mein, fried rice and sweet-and-sour chicken. The second plate had fried rice, chow mein and kung pao chicken. The chow mein really doesn't have any flavor. The sweet and sour chicken is coated with a batter and was deep fried in rancid oil. I had to remove the batter coating from the chicken and throw it away. When I bit into the sweet and sour, you could taste a bitter aftertaste of the rancid oil. Fried rice is simply that without any carrots or peas, again, rice didn't have any flavor. I was passing through the area and will never stop again. The food is not fresh, I was under the impression that it was precooked and just thrown into a wok to warm it up. I was not impressed, very poor quality food and I will never go there again. A quantity of food served with comparable to other fast food Chinese kitchens. However the amount of chow mein served in both combination plates was very smart. I would give this restaurant 0 Stars if I could. The female that work the register was very cold impersonality. No warmrh, no thank you, no smile. This place has gotten worse over the years. I was trying to order thru uber eats and the meal along with delivery was costing me 32.00 dollars in which I was fine to support our small local business here in Nashville. They canceled my order TWICE. If I could give this place a Huge Fat ZERO,I would!.I called and they Lady that answer said my order was too complicated and was asking for too much, so they Canceled my order!. So Businesses like this that does not know how to treat their customers and have the Customer service satisfaction experience should be closed down!. When you are trying to help, and get turned down and canceled then no wonder that the bigger Chain restaurants are helping close and shut down locally owned small businesses like this in NashvilleTN because this business does not know what the word Customer service nor Appreciation is. And I have order the same stuff and the same things every time I have ordered for the past year. NO MORE AND NO LONGER. PLEASE GET THE WORD OUT AGOUT THIS PLACE, CHINESE...
