If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had 15 minutes of park time. So I thought I was in the clear. I go in, I order ONE item (matcha latte with oat milk) and somehow 5-6 other people get their very extensive orders before me. It wasnāt until I walked up to them and they had āforgottenā to make my order. I then had to wait an additional couple of minutes to only be given a matcha latte with almond milk. I am so glad I donāt have a nut allergy. Before I knew it, I was running late for work (yes, they took that long) and my order was wrong. By the time I got back to my car, I had gotten a parking ticket. This wouldnāt have happened if I had gotten my drink in the order that it was received. Typically, I can understand delays, or even wrong food orders. However, this was a bit too much. Not only could this negligence have been horrible if I had a nut allergy but i felt slightly miffed that I was the only poc there and they surprisingly forgot about my order. That set a chain reaction that lead to me getting a $95 parking ticket. Because mind you, Onecity isnāt cheap. Being a Nashville native, I have always recommended E+Rose as an overall top pick. This is the last time I come here. My child size, $7 latte ended up being the worst decision. But I had loyalty toward this coffee place....

First time I came and ordered in person, they forgot my avocado toast so I was waiting around for 30+ mins and even after they acknowledged they forgot it, they didnāt prioritize making it. Second time, I placed an online order hoping it would speed up the process and because I had groceries melting in the car. I show up to pick up my order (after it said 15 mins) and they hadnāt even started my acai bowl. I had to flag someone down to ask where it was, she said itāll be 4 mins. It took an additional 20 mins AFTER the 15 min window it said it would be ready in online. Theres like 5 people working behind the counter, the store is barely busy, I genuinely have no idea what they could possibly be doing. I get this is a new location but Peabody Plaza did not have these issues, and it should be resolved by now. Whoās managing this one? Certainly not the same as othersā¦
Consistently incorrect orders. When my order has been correct, it tastes super off, as if either a whole ingredient is missing from the blend or in other cases as if they paid no attention to portions. Itās been a variety of instances.
To add, the service itself by the employees has been so sub par. Sometimes you are not even addressed, no eye contact, and overall treated like you are a nuisance for having dared to order their foodš
I continue coming here when at home b/c itās closest but looks like Iāll be heading back...
