So I come to this location all the time. I come here for breakfast and lunch. I never had any problem. Until one afternoon. First I order a my usual. When I pulled off . I got 3 min down the road and noticed my sandwich wasn’t correct. So I came back through drive through line. I told them my order was incorrect. The lady that works ,the drive through told me no problem. She will take care of it. So now this time I heading home. After getting a replacement.When I got under the light I took a bite. Noticed that my chicken was stringy. So at this point I realize pulling the breast chicken apart it was more stringy! So I was upset because I’m not about to turn around for the third time. I went ahead in call the restaurant told that it was a problem. The lady I spoke on the phone with on 11/13/2019 almost around noon said, I’m sorry I will take your information down. I told her I was more concerned with the chicken and it needs to be pulled. She said as we speaking on the phone it’s getting handle . So then she apologize about the matter. Ask me for my name. I told her and gave her my order #, and all the information on the receipt. So with that being said I came in the next day. At this time bad timing it was pack inside. So I waited in line because I didn’t know how they operated. While waiting in line. I finally got to the front . I spoke to a person at the register. He replied I get the manger. It wasn’t a manger manger. It was so many mangers so I was confused who was who . So I gave the lady my info. So she said her manger said to give me sandwich and fries. So I said can you make sure it’s correct. She said it’s a regular sandwich. I said the whole reason I came the other day because my sandwich was wrong! So at this point if the other was wrong twice!!!! You have to understand where I’m coming from. I replied first it wasn’t a deluxe. Than the second time the chicken was stringy. It doesn’t make sense to pay for extra when the manger yesterday said I would be taken care of. So I said I pay for the cheese and lettuce since she look at me as if I was lying about my order . Then I ask to add a drink. Smh bad customer service. I ask to speak to the manger or who’s the head person.Due to my order and to the chicken being stringy. He came out and seem like he was under stress or maybe he just didn’t won’t to speak to me. He looked at me with an attitude as if I was lying. He said this is the first complaint we ever had. So while he talking to me .I’m looking at my phone looking at the reviews as he lying about the complaints. At this time I can feel his energy. He said you know. Even know you have this receipt it’s the same order. We place it on the cup and bag.With a look. So I’m wondering where this going. I’m like do he think I’m lying.The other lady so call manger didn’t believe me either. While giving them a description of the people who was their that handle my order the first time. The manger look at me up and down ,as again I was lying. I never felt so weird out. I was shock how I was treated and upset. I kept thinking this “Chick-fil-A “ usually they on there A game , on there stuff. I actually thought this location was very professional and nice. Fooled me!! Well now my order is ready! The manger say take a bite out of it and make sure it’s right before you leave. As if I lie!! I was like dang who says that. Usually they just give you your food and say sorry and come back . Or hope you enjoy or whatever. Not what he said. I felt he slick try to be smart and rush me out the door. So when got in my car. I noticed the second receipt wasn’t attached to the one I took in. I went back in and saw the manger who spoke to before the lady. I show her the receipt I said here you go because I don’t think you guys believe me. She said I will show the manger. I explained to her this the receipt . On that receipt it stated wrong sandwich from the first time. Well why did I show her that.She quickly ignore me.She didn’t even look at it. Read moreThis chick fila consistently leaves stuff out of our orders but you have to just drive off quickly because they’re so busy they’re already on to the next car. Usually it’s things like the kids’ toys or straws or utensils when you go through the drive through. Once, I called to complain because I was already home (a half an hour away) and it was the fourth time in a row they forgot my kids’ toys. They said “sorry” but didn’t offer to give me a toy the next time I was in without purchasing all over again. That was several months ago. This last time, a few weeks back, we ordered our kids their meals and also a 30 count and we took the kids to a park. We checked the bags before leaving and told them we wanted the toys or books or whatever that go with the kids meal. They went in and gave us two. We told them we ordered three and they brought a third out. We left to the park and when we opened the thirty count box we found cookies with it instead. We also were missing a Mac and cheese for one of the kids meals. My kids all began crying because we had been traveling and we had a sick relative and things were really stressed, so our plan of bringing them a little joy by giving chick fila and a park visit was kind of short lived. My husband took the box of cookies and promised to go back to chick fila and fix it, but the kids all began begging for the cookies. I honestly expected them to let us keep the cookies and told the kids not to worry, but when my husband came back they didn’t even apologize. They took the cookies and chucked them in the trash in front of him and gave him a thirty count without even apologizing. He wanted to buy cookies for the kids because they were so bummed out but honestly, I’m glad he didn’t because they don’t deserve a dollar. What a waste of gas. We were travelling to the airport on our way back home to Canada and stopped in here for lunch. Although we don't have Chick-fil-A where we live, I have been to one before. The food is very good and it's no secret what they serve and why it's popular.
I would, however, like to comment specifically on what I experienced at this location yesterday.
I drove in and was a bit confused by the signage for pick up orders - someone cheerfully hollered over that we can park anywhere.
When we got in the cashier was very friendly and chatted about our vacation a bit and the food was in our tray lightening fast. We sat down and I noticed I had chicken fingers rather than the sandwich I ordered, so I walked up to the counter where there were plenty of people now queued. Someone immediately noticed I had a problem and grabbed me a sandwich and told me to just keep the chicken fingers on the house.
I noticed a bunch of details while I was there:
-Fresh flowers on the table; -A very smooth and professional crew that had a real cross-section of age, ethnicity and experience working together well; -Someone from management making sure things were happening by helping out themselves; -Spotless washrooms with complementary mouthwash.
By the time I left, I was looking for cameras to see if they were shooting an ad, haha.
Anyway, who knows if I'll every be back here again but I was very impressed. I had to get on this morning and write a little rave on here.
