This is without a doubt the worst longhorn steakhouse I have ever been to and I have been to many longhorns in Orlando, Miami, Connecticut, and now Nashville. I used to order takeout from here multiple times a week so I would know. They always forget croutons for the salad, they always include bread even though I select no bread as I am ALLERGIC to the seeds in the bread, however, I have never left a bad review. Today it was warranted as I picked up an order around 7:30pm and as I was approaching the takeout desk the lady (who is not even in uniform is just wearing a gray sweater) looked at me and walked towards the back. After waiting for about 10 minutes one of her coworkers finally called her back outside as a line had formed by this time. The lady in the gray sweater asked me to sign a receipt and then snatched the receipt from me when I was handing it to her (maybe she was upset I put $0 tip for a takeout order?) when my food came out she handed me an olive garden bag although the other orders were coming out in regular longhorn bags. No silverware although I selected yes for silverware when making my order. Worst part is when I get home and open the food I notice much less fries than usual (I have ordered here plenty of times) and I am sure this angry gray sweater worker purposely shorted me on the fries or told her coworkers to do so. The lady that received her order right before me did not receive croutons even though she paid for EXTRA croutons. She told the lady and got the croutons and then mentioned to me the lady had an attitude and I strongly agreed. She then pulled some money out of her pocket and even showed it to me stating that the gray sweater angry worker just missed a tip due to her attitude. Save your hard earned money and go to another longhorn steakhouse where hopefully they know how to hire hospitable staff or the outback down the street. Seems like this longhorn cannot afford proper uniform for the staff or even the correct bags for the food. By the way I strongly dislike Olive Garden, angry gray sweater lady said it's the same company as if that matters. Get your...
Read moreDespite being super busy with so many people that didn't have electricity at home, our service was great and our wait was only 15 minutes on a Saturday night, to be seated.
Our waiter kept us supplied in fresh hot loaves of bread, coffee and water and was quick about removing empty dishes as we finished them, to avoid table clutter.
I should've taken a pic of my ribeye, but honestly, I was so famished and it looked so good when it hit the table, that everyone had dug into their food before I even had the chance!
Looks were not decieving...everything was cooked to perfection, was hot and delicious! It was so perfectly seasoned that I didn't have to waste any time with salt, pepper, or steak sauce! Kudos to last night's cooks!
One of our party is a dessert fanatic and ordered the Chocolate Stampede and 4 forks... OMG! Of course, she only eats half her meals and takes the other half to work for lunch!
I was 2/3rds thru my steak and baked potato, after already eating almost 2 loaves of bread by myself and some spicy chicken nuggets for appetizers, when it arrived...Wow!
It had two large pieces of chocolate triple layered delight with 2 large scoops of french vanilla icecream, drizzled with chocolate on a large plate! It looked so rich, but it really had a deep chocolate taste...with the bottom layer being a super moist chocolate cake, topped with a layer of chocolate cheese cake, topped with chocolate mousse! The ice cream toned the sweetness to perfection! Went great with my coffee and Marvin's glass of milk!
We were all half dozing in our seats afterwards, from delicious food overload! Nevermind that mom called it pure gluttony! Well, she was a chow hound herself too!
This is definitely the best Longhorn location I have eaten at this year...and I really enjoy their restaurants! I hope you will enjoy it as much as we did!...

1.57PM - My order arrived. Again steak cooked to temp. Warm, juicy, a bit of a kick to it. Enjoyed every bit of it. I was disappointed in the sweet potato. They did offer to remake it. I told them not to worry and asked they not worry about comping the meal. I was satisfied and just informing them the potatoes may need to be checked again.
2.05PM the lovely server came to check on me again. I advised her I was just wasting time while my daughter did her nails.
2.15PM The check was brought.
I enjoyed my experience but will order another drink so I can at least add one image. Sorry again guys!!! It was so delicious and I was just enjoying my time with my “date.”
Sammie is beautiful!!! “Longtime lover of Longhorn and baked potatoes.” I love her personality and attentiveness. Definitely the sweetest so if you get her, you’ll love her.
By the way, Sammie made the signature marg, Patron Dragon Fruit Margarita featured in the image.
