Out of all the reviews, not one reply. Does Corporate existent? Obviously doesn't care about customers and condones horrible employees. New staff updated review , horrible. Tried to give me a pizza looking like Mr . Watkins in comment below, bubble literally covering half the pizza, they got mad I wouldn't take it and hadn't paid yet. They jerked the pizza from me inside and outside of the facility, ran up to my car and threatened me as I was pulling away in my car. I am pretty reasonable as you can see from my previous comment a few months back. I have been coming here since it was built. The entire staff were involved in the incident and refused any names. I will contact corporate.
The first time I ordered from here, after waiting 30 minutes I checked on it and my order accidentally got bumped off. The worker immediately started it after realizing the mistake but a few minutes later came out to my car to notify me they were out of pineapples. It was Saturday, sometimes things can happen and it was not a big deal. Service was excellent and pizza was delicious. That's means so much. Everyother time after has went perfectly. I have ordered from here at least once a week in the past month. They do a great job and are always working hard when I am there. They are very nice and have good natured vibes and that keeps me coming...
Read moreWe have had good experiences at this location before, which is the ONLY reason this review isn't 1 star. Absolutely inexcusable experience tonight. I am writing this while we wait for the pizza we ordered TWO hours ago. The delivery estimate was 20-25 minutes. After 90 MINUTES of waiting, we called the store, waited on hold for 20 minutes, called back and refused to wait on hold. During this time, the Order Tracker said the pizza had been "Checked for Perfection" over an hour ago, and was just sitting there.
We were then informed that the Dominos Order Tracker is "just something that Corporate does, it doesn't have anything to do with our actual store". (That was interesting news, given how heavily Domino's touts their Order Tracker). he said they were still waiting on our pizza but would get it right out.
We're still waiting. We have 3 young children, and ordered dinner over two hours ago now. Not even at a peak time. We are now feeding our kids something else, and will be requesting a full refund, and never giving Domino's our business again. There are plenty of pizza locations who can get food to you in...
Read moreNot sure why I decided to order from Domino's in the first place, but I wanted some boneless chicken and it was the only place open for delivery. I ordered online, which should omit human error in taking the order, but unfortunately it seems to be that Domino's employees cannot read, so I probably would have been better off calling to order. But anyways....
My food arrived very promptly, driver assured me that all my sauces were in the box, and he ran off to his car. I open the box and 1/2 my sauces (which you have to pay additional money for..) were missing. Normally I wouldn't care but I ordered just for my chicken and I wanted my chicken with my sauce so I called and told them.
About 2 hours after placing the order, I finally received my sauces but by that point in time my chicken was cold.
Additionally, pizza tastes like crap. I will NEVER order from any Domino's location again, EVER.
There are literate people who need jobs that could do a 300% better job not to mention domino's food is NASTY. Horrible, horrible experience. NEVER EVER ...
