Went there after I placed an order for 4 iced coffees and a box of a dozen assorted donuts which were chosen on the mobile app. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was greeted with less than good customer service. She tried to give me 3 coffees and send me on my way. I had to explain to her what I had ordered. She then tried explaining to me that they didn't have enough French Vanilla to complete the final coffee, but then proceeded to get the other coffee. That's a big red flag for me. She then tried to send me on my way once again, and I had to repeat my order back to her. Again. She then told me that they didn't get any specifics about what donuts I had ordered. Why have the option to choose specific donuts if you're not able to relay to the individual store what donuts customers want? In my attempt to understand, I just said that any assortment is fine. This should NEVER be the only option a customer has in order to get products/services that are paid for in advance. The only thing saving this post from a 1-star is the fact that she gave me what I ordered, even though I had to essentially ask for it multiple times. I've been to other Dunkin' locations many times, and this was by far the worst experience I've...
Read moreThe 5ft Guatemalan girl attitude was so ugly. I think her name is YARIANNA. Didnt even greet us or wanted to take our order. Didn't even smile or tried to be helpful. When we asked for a sandwich she just stayed quiet and said they didn't have croissants- didn't offer to make it in another bread. Then when I asked if she could, she just let out a sigh and said yes. We asked to used the bathroom. Come to find out it was locked. Didn't even bother to give us the code after we asked to use their restroom. She also had the coffee order wrong after she asked 4 times what I wanted in the coffee. It was all watered-down.
The other 5'4 Mexican girl attitude wasn't ugly but she just gave us the items wrong. The sandwich wasnt even warmed up and had a whatever manner.
I understand one can have a bad day (&& even though you shouldn't bring it to work) some do and take it out on the customers BUT I went to look at the reviews... I'm NOT the first one who's said something about the 5ft person attitude &&& clearly nothing has been done.
If she's not happy working there then she should go back to school and get a degree on what she likes bc being 8hr (less or more) in a place she dont enjoy being at, must...
Read moreI work right around the corner from this location and was ecstatic when I found out it was going to be a Dunkin Donuts. And things were great with this place in the beginning.
Now this place sucks. I can't put it any other way than it sucks. They are ALWAYS out of staple products that Dunkin is known for. I know this isn't necessarily the locations fault but corporate/the mobile ordering app but there have been multiple times I order on my way in to work, swing by to pick up my food, and then I am told that location is out of that product. Why can't that item be shut off or suspended from ordering? It's an absolute waste of time to have to stand around and wait while they make something else. Also - this location has no idea how to refund to your mobile account and I have had to get cash back for my refunds.
Today just took the cake and made me want to write this review. Their ovens are down. You heard that correctly. They can't even make hot sandwiches and I am assuming probably can't make anymore donuts. So once they are out of whatever - they can't sell anything but coffee.
This place is absolutely awful. Do not go if you want to actually get what you order in a...
