Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I am so pleased with their quality of customer service!! I was visiting the area to attend my daughter's birthday/graduation dinner so I ordered a birthday bouquet in advance along with a mini variety pack. I called back and ordered additional cakes to take back to my family as little happys'. It was my first time visiting Nashville and I didn't realize the location was 20 minutes from the hotel. I do not do well in traffic and on top of dealing with heavy traffic there was road construction and heavy rain. After picking up my order, making my way through heavy rain and traffic, I get back to the hotel room only to realize I did not have the mini variety pack. I called practically in tears at the idea of possibly having to drive 20 minutes back to pick up missing items. I explained without the minis my daughter would not have cake for guest. The manager was determined to make their error right! She had their delivery driver deliver them to the hotel!! Keep in mind this was Mother's Day weekend!! Did a mobile order for a tower bundt i wanted to gift. delivery fee was $26 for 6 miles. ok no problem.

I received the picture and there was no sunflower and one of the cakes was the wrong flavor.

I wish they were willing to correct it (as in deliver the right cake and the flower) but instead they only offered to refund me the cost of the one cake.

Disappointed because it was a gift and it wasn't delivered as ordered. So $52.44 for a $18 item that i might get $5 back. i say might cus I'm in TX and this is in TN, i haven't got proof if refund via email so idk how that's going to work. it's not about the money it's about not following instructions and even then, i wasn't upset, mistakes happen but I'd wish they corrected it by re-delivering the one missing cake and sunflower because THAT IS what i paid for. -

I don't give it a 1 because the girl who answers the phone was not rude. She was nice. Just "unable" to re-deliver. Also because at least the driver delivered it to the correct address and texted me...

Terrible experience at this location. I placed an order two days prior of needing it. Day of, I call this location & checked on the progress of my cake at 11:54Am. Whoever answered the phone let me know my cake was not ready because they have me set to pick up at 1pm. Although I requested the cake to be chilled because it wasn’t being served right away. Why have that as a option if it will not be honored. I then asked her if it would be ready for pickup by my pickup time at 1pm and she said yes. I get there at 1:03pm and I am told it will be another 10-15minutes for the icing drizzle to settle. If it was prepared in time I wouldn’t have to wait. I didn’t leave until 1:34pm which made me late to the small gathering I was attending. I will never order from this establishment again due to my time not being respected.
