Frankie Jās is WONDERFUL! I was looking to host an event for a work event for Pride. If I am honest, when I went looking I did not expect to find great things. Nashville is Southern, and typically (not all the time) Southerners arenāt extremely accepting of the LGBTQIA+ community, so looking for a pro-LGBT atmosphere in the South seemed like it would be impossible. Iāve never done this before, and was raised extremely Southern and conservative, so I thought it would be the same here. I was proven wrong. Happily, of course! I found Frankie Jās through a colleague and reached out via Instagram. Within the hour I received a response saying that the message would be conveyed to the owner. The next day I got a call from Jay. As a man, a business owner, and a fellow human being- Jay is freaking awesome! Within 20 minutes we had an event scheduled and planned. He made it so easy. Once I arrived to set up Keith (one of the bartenders-awesome dude!) got me to Jay and he showed us all we discussed. It was perfect! A taco bar, drink tickets, tables, cornholeā¦. I donāt think I could have found a better place to host our Pride event.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went there last night. I enjoyed myself. I ordered fish tacos, chicken quesadilla and the street corn. I always order 2 of something incase I don't like the other. I made the mistake of getting fish tacos. Wasn't that they were bad, but I didn't feel like there were that many options for sauce that went with fish that tasted good in my opinion. I tried it with sour cream and salsa. I should have gotten the chicken. The chicken quesadilla was awesome! I kind of want to drive back from Bowling Green just to get one. Don't even get me started on the street corn. The best I've had in awhile. The service was great! Especially when one of the employees came over and gave us something for our hats. Bathroom was clean. Liked the fact they had safety protocols posted in the bathroom for if you feel unsafe. That's my first time ever seeing that and I'm a trucker, going to different place in different cities. I'm excited to be going back when I get...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI initially went here expecting the worse after my first solo bar adventure a few weeks before. Iām very shy, and itās hard for me to push myself into vulnerable situations, but this has quickly became my favorite safe space. Not only are the staff members very compassionate and hard working, they also ensure a secure, enjoyable experience for all of their guests. Iāve never once felt endangered here, and as a 23 year old lacking a lot of social interaction thus far, it was nice for me to feel like I belonged. Iām from a small town, so Nashville has definitely offered new experiences, with this certainly being the best. The food is also top notch, and Iād highly recommend this location to anyone who feels a little out of place at a...
