I hope this review finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at Jonathan’s Grille in Bellevue, specifically regarding the exceptional service provided by your bartender, Brittney.

During my visit to Jonathan’s Grille last week, I had the pleasure of being served by Brittney at the bar. From the moment I sat down, Brittney greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. Her professionalism and attention to detail were truly remarkable. Not only did she take the time to recommend some delicious drink options, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect.

Brittney’s knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her ability to multitask while still providing top-notch service to all patrons at the bar was truly commendable. Despite the busy afternoon, Brittney remained composed and attentive, making sure that everyone received their orders promptly and accurately.

In addition to her exceptional service skills, Brittney’s friendly demeanor and positive attitude added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere at Jonathan’s Grille. Her passion for her work was evident in every interaction, and it was clear that she takes great pride in providing an exceptional experience for each customer.

Overall, my experience at Jonathan’s Grille was elevated by Brittney’s outstanding service. She is a true asset to your team, and I believe she deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication to ensuring that every customer has a memorable dining experience. Whatever her salary, it’s not enough!!!

I will definitely be returning to Jonathan’s Grille in the future, and I will be sure to request Brittney as my bartender. Please extend my gratitude to her for a job well done.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful dining experience, and thank you to Brittney for going above and beyond to make my visit truly...

I've been going to Jonathan's for years and only because of the 2 for 1's on Sundays and because they show every NFL Sunday game. My girlfriend and I came there on a pleasant Sunday afternoon. A warm and beautiful October sky filled the air. Making way for a great day to watch football. As my girlfriend and I came and sat at the bar, I was downright ignored by the bartender (Damie) She addressed my girlfriend and asked her what she would like to drink/eat and refused to even acknowledge my presence. She continued to serve everyone else at the bar and continued as if I didn't even exist. Finally, after 20 minutes, I physically called her by her name to get her attention. She comes up to me, looks me dead in the eyes and says (quote): "I don't feel comfortable serving you." (Followed by a dramatic 5 second pause) I ask her: "Why?" She responds with: "You don't tip well. You can sit at the bar but I won't serve you." It was downright embarrassing and humiliating. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and disrespect at an establishment. We were outraged and left immediately. Jonathan's is filled with emotionally greedy teenage girls who just don't understand customers' needs and concerns. Instead of addressing me upfront as soon as we sat at the bar, I was ignored and left for dead for 20 minutes. Wondering what was going on. Absolutely despicable customer service and wouldn't recommend anyone visiting that establishment. I HIGHLY recommend going anywhere else. I'm not hiding who I am. Because you know exactly what you did. Disgusting behavior from...

My father and I have been regular customers at the Bellevue location of Jonathan's Grille for over eleven (11) years. Over the past year, management implemented a fee—initially referred to as a “convenience fee,” now labeled a “hospitality fee”—without proper notice or clear communication to patrons.

This change was introduced quietly, without being listed on the menu or verbally mentioned by the waitstaff. The fee only appears on the check after the drinks and meal have been served and completed. While the amount is relatively small at approximately 3%—typically around $0.50 to $0.75 per person—the issue is not the cost itself, but the lack of transparency, respect, and ethical consideration.

Management has provided several excuses for the fee that have zero regard for ethics, but the bottom line is that the decision to apply it without disclosure is deceptive. In my view, it reflects a complete disregard for customer trust and loyalty. I have never encountered a similar practice at any other restaurant or chain in my lifetime.

I am disappointed, I feel insulted, and above all, I feel disrespected.

Because of this unethical turn, I will not buy any more gift cards or return to Jonathan's for the remainder of the year and probably longer. I strongly encourage others to support businesses that operate with honesty and integrity. Many excellent restaurant/bar alternatives exist in the Greater Nashville Area that treat their customers with the respect...

Monday night. Wasn't expecting it to be so busy. While it is a sports bar very few were watching the TV's. Lots of families and people talking. As for service and food, I was very disappointed. For as high as the reviews are I was expecting more. Service was very slow and inattentive. I understand that's still an issue with the pandemic. That's why it isn't a 1 star review. The food was poor. The pretzel wasn't bad, but I'm not going to give props to cooking a pretzel. Same as the salad, I've had worse but I've also had better. My main issue and poor review is for the entree. The steak was well done when I ordered medium well but that's a risk at any place. The steak had absolutely no seasoning, and for being a sirloin it had a taste I couldn't place. Most likely grill contamination from something else being cooked on it prior or who knows maybe it just needs a cleaning. A1 and salt barely made the steak edible to me. The potato was hard, couldn't really figure out whether it was undercooked or overcooked but it also wasn't up to my expectations. Exceptional presentation. The photos show the food looked great. So I base my 2 star review only on my experience with the main course which sadly disappointed me more than the fact I was dining alone and on my birthday. Other reviews seem to applaud other menu items so I suggest you avoid the steak and baked potato.
