Got a cafe mocha on my way to work so I ordered at the drive-thru window. I get my coffee and head on my way when I took a sip after letting it cool. It was just hot milk with chocolate. There was no coffee! Check everything in your order before driving away because apparently they don’t.
Few weeks later: Then towards the end of the night I ordered a pick two with a chicken salad sandwich and ancient grain arugula salad. I open the sandwhich when I get home and there is literally one swipe of chicken salad which was pretty pathetic.
Visited the manager the next day and she made it right. Overall the cooks need to take more pride in their work.
Update:
May 26th - This is the third time I’ve had to complain about this location. My latest experience: I got home with a strawberry poppy seed salad with chicken and the dressing given with it was Italian dressing instead of poppy seed dressing. Which completely ruined the salad, Italian dressing flavors does not go with sweet fruits. Previously, my mocha coffee was nothing but chocolate and milk with no coffee. A chicken salad with a tablespoon of it on the sandwich and a salad that had a teaspoon of dressing in the to-go cup. Higher management needs to step in. I will never eat here again.
Sent in the newest complaint to corporate and they said it would be shared with the management team at this location. Lot of good that will do, clearly the first time it was not taken care of or issues like this wouldn’t keep happening.
I understand if the side of bread is forgotten or something else along those lines. It happens no big deal. But clearly the staff is intentionally making these decisions to not complete the orders properly or they were not trained well and don’t know how to make certain meals.
Overall, something needs to be fixed here. More training or a new management staff. I hope corporate steps soon because clearly the management isn’t teaching/hiring their...
Read moreI have visited this Panera twice within the past year. Both times I placed a curbside order that ended up taking 45+ minutes to be ready, despite the app claiming a 10-15 minute wait. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because Panera's food is actually pretty good once you get it.
My family and I went to City Limits to pick up lunch to take to my mom on Mother's Day and were told it would be a 40-45 minute wait. We decided to try Panera instead because we thought they would be quicker. We ordered on the app, and were told the food would be ready in around 12 minutes. We drove over to Panera and waited... and waited... and waited. After waiting for over thirty minutes I went inside to see what was going on.
There were multiple upset customers huddled around the pick up counter. Everyone had been waiting at least forty minutes to get their food. Customers that had ordered inside had NOT been told there was a 40+ minute wait. I finally received my order thirty minutes after the designated pickup time (so 46 minutes after placing the order). When I got to the car to check for all the food I realized they had forgotten a sandwich, which was thankfully waiting for me when I went back in to inquire about it.
I won't be revisiting this location. Based on my experience and other Google reviews, they clearly cannot handle a high volume of customers without being completely overwhelmed.
All that said, I wouldn't have been nearly as frustrated if the app had been accurate about the estimated wait time. At least then I could have run some errands in...
Read moreI don't know what to say smh. Kitchen had 5 people working. People were coming in from the drive thru saying they had been waiting for over 30 mins. People before us had been there for over 45 mins before we got there. We had ordered online and still had to wait over 45 mins to get that order. There is no management. People are crowding the counter, I mean come on. Don't hang on the counter and if you feel you must hang over the counter, please, please, please, don't play with your hair,do that at home overyour own food. Everyone is here waiting for the same thing, your no more important than anyone else, grab a seat and hunker down like the rest of us. People, it's this bad, we actually ordered from a restaurant next door , had the time to run over, grab it and still get back to wait another 15 mins. I understand getting people to work is getting harder, but everyone "looked" like they were working. Still nothing came out of the kitchen. Hate to say it, every time I say it's the last time here, I try again and don't know why I expect a different outcome. Will say, the guy with shorter dark hair working up front, kudos too you for dealing with everyone as nicely as you did. Needless to say, app has been deleted. We won't be back and I know they don't care. It's cool.. Just not wasting time, money or my mental health on this establishment again. Lesson...
