KFC — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I used to work here not too long ago and just picked up a stomach virus because of their contaminated food. Their bathrooms were dirty when I had a couple days off. Nobody cleans them. I'm the only one that cleans up the bathrooms, kitchen and the lobby on the days I show up for work. The other employees however, weren't doing a so hot either. Half of them are complaining about the smallest things that don't even matter to the business, on their phones most of the time, eating for free, when the protocol was to have a 30% discount (technically you still have to pay if you're an employee.) I was supposed to work full time hours and they only give me 4 hours for 2-3 days off the week. And switch up the schedule without even calling to let the employees know about the random changes. Too much drama, laziness in the employees and unprofessionalism. Also, I called upper management to leave the same complaint and they weren't supposed to fire me over that complaint. But they did. They fired me over a complaint to upper management. That's just wrong. I would never recommend this...

If I could give them a half star I would, but that isn’t an option!! This is the WORST location ever!! They are so ghetto and unprofessional! I went yesterday and we ordered 2 8 pieces. Extra Krispy! She rang us up assuring us that she had the chicken! She fumbles around for 10 minutes before she comes back and says there aren’t enough breasts and we could only provide breast for one of the 8 pieces! Cool ... so we ask her to just put whatever is left in the second 8 price. She then fumbles around again for another 10 minutes to tell us she had NO BREAST AT ALL! She was wasting all of my time!! So we ended up getting chicken timders bc we don’t eat dark meat! Not to mention, the manager and the cook were literally about to fight bc he took an extra break, that’s why they had no chicken! As we are still waiting for them to bag the food for 20 more minutes, a woman comes in and says she has been waiting outside on her order for 25 minutes ! The manager screams OH MY GOSH in frustration like she was the one waiting on a meal...

Store #55 is the worst experience you could expect. It's been going downhill for a while now, but yesterday was the final straw. The crew was more interested in playing around and giving each other a hard time than they were interested in the customers at the counter. Ice tea? Didn't exist and nobody knew when they would make more. Condiments for the fish? Told they were our of them. Period. Want the new Cod Sandwich? Be prepared to wait about 20 minutes before you find out that nobody even began to cook it. Meanwhile the rest of your order sits on a tray on the counter so it is cold by the time you get it. Want to cancel your order? Good luck getting somebody who knows how, and a refund is going to take another eternity. And this is the first place I have been where the staff refused to give me a receipt. I would recommend that you stay well away from...
