I usually don’t even care to post reviews but this location really pissed me off and I worked for Taco Bell for 8 months.I placed a Mobile order and went through the Drive Thru and the guy at the window was nice . I went back in the inside after I got my order and requested my 5 layer burrito to be grilled . For starters no one greets you and they stare at you like they lost don’t even bother to ask what you need until 5 minutes later. There was only 2 to 3 cars in the drive thru so it not like it was busy. They finally asked me what I wanted and I proceeded to give them my food. I told them nothing was wrong at all with my food I just wanted my (2) 5 Layer Burritos grilled because they don’t let you pick the option on the app . So I waited another minute or 2 for them to do so and they only give me one burrito back and I clearly handed the guy 2 . I told him I had 2 burrito’s and showed proof I ordered 2 and he still made me go back around Drive Thru just to get my other burrito that right there made me mad . Not only that when I did got the other burrito it STILL WASN’T GRILLED 🤦🏽♂️ and my whole entire meal was disgusting and looked like it was made by a 10 year old waste of my 10 dollars I should’ve just went to McDonalds next door .I was really starving and when I ate the food it just killed my appetite it was so gross. I honestly think after this I’m sketchy about going back to Taco Bell it made my stomach hurt. You’re honestly better off cooking your own tacos at home at least you’ll be able to make it the way you want .What happened to good customer service these days every fast food place I go it’s always terrible. I'm sure it probably has something to do with staffing/management. On several occasions during normal business hours theyve been shut down, door is locked, no answers at the Drive-thru or phone even though theres clearly someone in restaurant, *with respect to your customers the least that could be done is to DISPLAY A SIGN on the doors/Drive-thru to let your customers know your currently not open at the moment etc. thats the least that could be done, as customers we * totally understand the staffing issues that businesses are facing but give your customers a little respect, remember they're the reason the doors are open and remember we want our community to GROW and PROSPER together...................

Read moreWould give 0 stars if possible. Our family went to go and receive a mobile order we placed about 7 minutes prior. We paid for it and everything, and the second we pulled up they said no mobile orders were coming through. We drove around to the front lobby to hopefully resolve our issue and get our food when the lobby was closed. We also ran into some other people just hoping to get their food but were rudely shooed away. This was around 9:20 and the lobby should've been fully functioning with another hour at least before closing. We went to drive through again and the people were very impatient and a bit clueless. I understand that they typically get paid for being there rather then the number of people served, but that still isn't a fair excuse. We tried to place our previous order again manually when they declared they were out of beans and rice. I would not recommend, this was just a giant headache. Skip yourself the trouble and shady area and just go to the one off...
