Do Not, Do Not, repeat.. Do Not eat at this restaurant.. If you love Mexican Food..It will make you angry. The Chief needs to take a trip to Mexico or San Diego or anywhere he can get some Authentic Mexican Food. And see what garbage he is putting out of his kitchen.
And you know it's a real shame that this restaurant is in a very depressed area yet it lowers it food to the area. Because, no one will say anything about the crap they are serving.
Let me give you an example:
Salsa brought to the table.. Instant taste of Can Tomato Paste.. You can taste the can and no heat of any kind.. For Shame
We ordered 2 shots of Patron.. (which we were charged $8.49 per shot) It wasn't a Patron.. It was cut with Vodka.. And served in a High Ball glass..so you can't measure it..... this shot was so short it was a sip. Not even a quarter inch from the bottom of the glass. That's not a shame.. It's Theft..
I ordered Carna Asada.. the first order of meat.. Which the menu said was "Rib Eye".. yeah right... Cut as thin as lunch meat and burned to black. I sent it back and the waiter just said.. "Ok".. no "Hey your right, this shouldn't have come out of the kitchen. I am so sorry".. Not one Sorry from this waiter or a manager coming to the table to see what the problem was. Nothing.
My plate was returned with the same type cut of meat but now was covered with RAW Onion.. What? Raw Onion??? And.. No Cheese at all.. Anywhere.. Not on the beans that came in almost a bucket on my girls plate..
She ordered Chicken Rolled Tacos.. They were burned on the ends. And once you have burned chicken.. The whole piece is tasting of burned..
The only thing good about this meal was the Beer was Cold and the Guacamole was fresh. We paid.. $58.00 for this kind of treatment.
Again, This is an example of a Restaurant taking advantage of people that work hard for there money.. Antioch is a community of Blue Collar workers.. They deserve better treatment from the Wait staff to the Cooks in the kitchen.. .. For shame..
I say to the owner of this establishment.. Close it down and fire the workers. They are doing nothing for you.. Get a Cook that knows Authentic Mexican and a Host that will set the tone for Exceptional Service.
Until you know what that means and what I'm saying. Close it down.. You are embarrassing the Mexican Culture.
Oh, did I say.. I and my lady will NEVER EAT in a Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant Again.. And you shouldn't either.
Go to Taco Bell.. It's actually better then this place. And you may get a smile from the drive up window. You won't at Las Palmas in...
Read moreI ordered food they tell me Would-be 10 minutes before Would-be ready when I went to pick it up I had to wait 15 minutes while I was there the girl came to the counter acknowledg people behind me never asked me if I needed help or if I've been helped the manager came up and got my food and then I left and then I call-back on the telephone and told him about what happened when I was there and he said can you come-back now and I said OK I'm on my way and when I went back he was at the counter then he walked away did not come-back I ask to somebody else after I waited 10 more minutes if I could speak to the manager and then he came up to the register and I explained to him what happened and all he said was I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry and I asked him why did you ask me to come-back if you wasn't gonna do anything when I came back-and now ny food is in the car getting cold while I'm waiting to talk to you and I waited here 15 more minutes for you and you were standing here when I walked in the door helping another customer and then he walked away never acknowledge me even standing there he could've said ill be with u in just a minute and everybody working there was walking around like I wasn't even standing there so Needless to say I won't be going back there have already stopped going to another las palmas at nolensville rd and concord rd because every time I ordered From them they always missed up my order and what I call-back they say you can come and get another order and the next time I went in to get food they messed it up also and I called back every time and then they say you just want free food why you don't tell us we messed up and I said i did to you I miss up every single time so it's obviously they've been talking about me 1A free food all the time when I pay and $12 for a meal that they can never get right And the last time I called and told them they missed up my order and the guy answer the phone the 1st thing he said was you always say that you always say that you always say we miss up your food and I said is it because you do miss it up every single time so they act like hourly say that because I want free food every single time And I said what you want have to worry about me coming back-and everybody that I know the orders food from here or come here to eat I'm gonna make sure...

Ordered a burrito combo plate and received an enchilada masked as a burrito with what tasted like Ragu sauce on top of it and a taco that was of lower quality than a Del Taco taco. The rice that came with the plate was for sure instant rice; likely microwaved. They planned to charge us 36 bucks for 2 adults and a kid to eat. I told them this was not Mexican food and the (Manager?) told me it was "Tex-Mex". Look it doesn't take a scholar to understand that the closer the food is to the source the better it is; but to use this excuse is ridiculous. I imagine Tex-Mex food is very good and this was cafeteria garbage at best. They took off 15% from the bill which means nothing. The employees at this restaurant really did their best but the bottom line is Restaurants that have food of this poor quality while charging fine dining rates should be ran...
