This McDonald's lacks some precautions and services. It is concentrated at the drive thru counter and neglects the service aspect in the room because when I order at the table in the app it always doesn't give me the possibility to select the table number even when the staff is not so busy at the drive thru service. So the table service is practically absent. There are no electrical outlets to at least charge your phone or computer, nor are there any wireless charging stations. The room is always clean, I must admit this, even the music is nice, so safety in terms of hygiene is excellent, however, as the temperature has dropped a lot outside, when you are preparing to clean the floor or the windows, please do not leave the door wide open , as often happens, my legs and my food become rock hard from the cold. And when I bite into my sandwich my teeth almost break so that they are hard from the cold and the french fries become like toothpicks, to the point that if you take a hammer you can fix them to the wall so that they are hard from the cold it is in the room. Keeping the door open, the temperature in the room drops so much that it seems to be at the North Pole, I wouldn't be surprised that one day even penguins come to eat french fries or the visit of a polar bear attracted by a bigmac …. eheheh So my experience is so mediocre … For these reasons that I have mentioned, the room is always empty because it is inhospitable as it is cold and lacks important services such as: electrical sockets, table service and because the environment is really cold. oh sorry my phone is running out of power due to the absence of electrical outlets both at the tables and on the wall see you soon friends …. ...
Read moreI work for UberEATS and have been to this location several times to pickup food and my rating is based on those experiences. A few things I’d like to point out: 1.) Long & slowww wait times in the drive-thru. If you get to this McDonald’s anytime past 10:00 PM don’t expect fast-food service. And don’t be surprised if you have to sit for 15-20 minutes waiting. Not exaggerating. 2.) Disorganized staff. They’ve had me pull up (past the window) to wait for my food to be brought out..After 15 minutes, I canceled my delivery order and drove off. There was another instance where seemingly no one was there working, even though they’re “24/7” and supposed to be open. This wasn’t a holiday or anything of the sort. Just a typical Wednesday night. All of the lights were on and there was a line of people waiting at the menu, yet no one was there. Again, I drove off.
Overall, anyone who frequents the local fast-food restaurants at night knows that the service usually leaves a lot to be desired, and this particular McDonald’s is no exception. Until the owner and/or managers decide to get serious about the night staff, things will probably stay the same, and you’ll probably be unhappy when stopping by for a “quick” late...
Read moreFirst time to this Mc Donalds and it was bad. I waited more than 45mins outside for my food. Went inside and it was the same thing. People were waiting and no one was up front taking orders or even packing them. I asked the manager for a refund and he told me to wait so I waited but he still continue to take orders and a man that was waiting started to yell at the manager for customer service and the manager said give me a second there's only one of me and one cook. And that if we wanted a refund to come the next day 😒 So I did but the manager that was there said she couldn't give me the refund that only the "other manager could" and that the manager that was working that night should have!! and that I had to come later at night. 😤 I went today, same lady. I have to wait for 4/24/18 in the morning only for the " other manager". 😤😒 Never again. I've worked at fast food. It doesn't take more that 3 min for the fries to be ready and no more that 6 for the chicken to be ready. This Mc Donalds needs better team, organization. I thought that any manager could...
