Edit** sept 3rd 2024 Came in this evening after I got off work to speak with management about my experience lastnight as I ended up throwing the food away from last night from it being absolutely terrible along with the experience and the manager Shannel did fix the food fresh for me today to replace yesterdays and she apologized numerous times. Thank you Shannel for being a great manager and for listening to my experience and helping me out today. You rock and your employees need to be more like you!!
Original review Sept 2nd 2024 Done an online order tonight and I had to wait in the drive thru at the box for 15 minutes with no other cars in line while the people with the head sets on just continued to talk crap about a co worker that had already left for the day. Finally they ask what I wanted and I told them I had a online code. Told the code. Got to the window and the lady was very rude handing out a bag that only had fries. No burgers, no drinks. I asked for no salt on my food as they put too much salt on the food here trying to kill ya. I got fries that still had salt coated on them. All they did was dip and refried them in the oil making hard as hell fries still super salted. I asked them to give me fresh fries no salt, my drinks, and burgers. Got my drinks and was told to move to the next window. Waited 10 minutes and got fresh fries no burgers. Asked for my burgers again and was told to wait there. 10 more minutes finally got my burgers (very sloppy and messy) but got them. Worst experience at this location I've had yet. Like seriously people how hard is it? If you don't want to work and hate your job that bad, leave and go else where so that people who can make a burger and some fries can actually work and stop wasting our money and time for your misery...

At second window I seen I was to be handed a medium, so I explained that I asked for L. The woman working replied they charged you for a medium and proceeds to hand me drink. I asked her if they are all 1, so I could get what I asked for. She handed me my bag of food and slammed the window shut. So then I wait and show her my receipt of another item that had been rang up twice. She spoke to me in a very disgusting way. Luckily, who looked to be the one running came and refunded me and ordered to have my drink made large. (Which I watched be made Unsweet purposely but I didnt complain bc I was almost in tears) Even with her professional help though, she side eyed me and also made me feel as I had done something wrong. Even while I tried explaining that I wasnt being rude and just wanted my order corrected.Im no Karen. I worked in McDonalds for 3 years, worst experience as far as customers go. I am not entitled or disrespectful. But I believe that I shouldnt be made to feel like Im the bad guy for asking for my order to be right, and in a polite way. As a teenager, I had more satisfactory CS skills and always apologized when a order was wrong, even knowing it wasnt directly my fault. People like the woman that made me feel this way should not have a job facing customers and representing a company if thats her demeanor. Every time I go to this location, I am faced with rude Drive thru workers that just dont care. I guess they dont make enough to care. Read moreMy hashbrowns wasn't cooked all the way through took them back the cashier said they were asked for a manger she said she's busy I said I would wait the manger stick her head out over the counter asked what was going on I told her she told her to replace them the cashier put about 15 hashbrowns in the fry basket instead of the hashbrowns basket I said that's probably why they not cooking all the way through she said I just got off break the manger said don't argue with the customer she told her I'm not when when the hashbrowns got done I asked if they could put them down longer cause they still not done all the the manger then said can you shut up for I ask if she was the gm she then said yes but I looked on her shirt for her name it had assistant on it I said you just lied to me she then said cause the gm is busy I got a refund cause she told me to shut up came out the cashier that took my order the first time asked if everything was cool I said no and told him I was trying to speak with the gm he went inside got her she came right out asked what happened apologized and gave me the order anyway she was very polite and I appreciate that I'm a manger myself at papa John's and I would never talk to a customer like that but besides that hat off to the gm...
