This was probably the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. They were super busy, which is obviously not their fault, so the line was moving very slowly. I imagine they were short staffed because when we finally got up to the speaker to order, the employee asked us to wait a few minutes, which we did. And it was fine, no big deal, I know how hard being understaffed during a rush is. The problems started when we got to the window to pay. The lady was very curt, which again, I can understand since she must’ve been stressed. We paid, and then she very rudely said, “pull around, get in line, I’ll bring your food out.” Fine. We did that. When we pulled around she tried to give us the wrong food, twice. Whatever, it happens. The third time I think she was getting fed up with it because she insisted that this was our food. We ordered two chicken chalupas, a bean burrito, and a chipotle grilled chicken burrito. She asked if we had the order with the grilled cheese burrito. We said no, and then told her our order again. She then said, again very rudely, “Well I have everything in here except for that, so.” And then shoved the bag of food at us. What she gave us was a beef chalupa, a chicken chalupa, a bean burrito, and a grilled cheese burrito. Frustrating, but I could live with it if the food was actually good. The bean burrito had obviously been sitting for a while, the beans were kind of crusted around the edges, and there was a single tomato. The rest of the food was cold and the cheese was congealed. Gross. Pretty awful...

Would give 0 stars if I could. We pulled up to the menu and were not ready to order, they interrupted us 3X to ask if we were ready then immediately told us that they were ready for us to order. We hadn't been there more than a few minutes and no one was in line behind us until the third time they asked us if we were ready to order. We then went to order and spitefully they let us know that we needed to wait for them. At this point there are now three cars behind us. While waiting for them to come back to the speaker one car leaves and 2 more come to the line. As we order they are talking over each other instead of listening. When I am asked what I want to drink when I stated that I had specified wanted no meals, the person over the speaker starts cussing at me. I say, I'm sorry? Before being asked if that is all. I no longer want my food so my boyfriend asks for their manager, they say they are the manager and we will not be served. I now ask for the managers ID number and they refuse and tell us that we need to leave. They have now been inappropriate to us, they have refused is service so that they cannot be ID'd and they are refusing to allow us to report them to their bosses. We go back around so that we can get our food, waiting 10 more minutes behind 1 truck. They charge us twice the amount of our order, they only give us part of our change, and they then have the nerve to tell us that since we ordered correctly the second time that we can have the food but, that they reported us to the police.... I still am unsure...

If you like spending $4 for 2 "chicken strips" smaller than your finger that look like they have been around longer than Jesus has been alive.... If you like placing a to go order in line, and waiting 20 minutes, only to find they put your order in the mobile order rack and never called your name.... If you like interacting with staff that acts like they have been hostages at this same Taco Bell for eons and are not afraid to show their discontent to the customers... If you like sifting through your order to find some of your items are missing requiring to interact a second time with said discontent staff.... This place is for you!!! Otherwise RUN!!!

It was Christmas Eve I was leaving a Christmas party I was starved to death McDonald's was closed as usual. So I looked at my phone to find fast food that was open at 1:30 in the morning. Taco Bell on Powell was open so I headed that direction. The service was absolutely excellent, my order was correct, and my order was hot Fresh Off The Grill! I was blown away considering it was 1:30 a.m.. I highly recommend this Taco Bell to anyone who's hungry late night or early morning.
