My husband and I, along with our family, were guests at your hotel located at 2864 Elm Hill Pike. While we were checking out, we discovered that our car window along with the windows of at least eight other vehicles had been broken into in the hotel parking lot.
I brought this matter to the attention of an employee named Jennifer, but unfortunately, she was extremely disrespectful and argumentative during our conversation. I was simply trying to understand how the hotel intended to address and compensate guests for this serious inconvenience, yet I was met with unprofessionalism and hostility.
This situation is unacceptable, especially considering that we paid our hard earned money to stay at this establishment. Now, we are left with the additional burden of repairing a broken car window due to what appears to be a lack of adequate security. I was informed by your security personnel that they left the premises at 6:00 a.m., and the break-ins occurred afterward. However, other guests stated that their vehicles had already been vandalized as early as 5:00 a.m., which raises serious concerns about the security staff’s diligence.
