Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

My family and I enjoy zaxby’s but I am learning that they are very inconsistent with their quality based on location. Tonight I chose to go to the Rivergate location. As I pulled up to the drive through order box, I ordered a 6 piece finger plate and an 2 orders of bone in chicken wings, one in hot honey mustard and the other in wimpy sauce. First the woman in that was helping me said that I could not order chocolate milk with the finger plate, than she came back and said I could. She than stated that she was new ... and I said it’s ok. I proceeded to pull around to the window to get my order.... so $39 dollars later I was praying that my order was right. When I got home I checked the order... it was right but when I opened the top of the container the hot honey mustard was all over everything... like the blue cheese and celery ... 3 tiny pieces. But what was worst is I could not even identify that they were wings.. they were so tiny and when I bit into them, they were like brittle dry and was so hard to chew, it was very unbearable and I’m all honesty pretty disgusting... I literally had to spit out what I tried to eat. I threw it away. Needless to say that will be the last time I go to...

What an awful experience. This location has the absolute worst staff we have ever seen. No one was prepared to work and they especially were not prepared in life with manners or kindness. Take your business to the one in White House + Springfield and you will not be disappointed. I stood up there waiting on the worker to help me, all I needed was silverware. My husband eventually came up there and took my place because my food was getting cold. I was looked directly at by multiple workers and no one offered to ask if I needed anything. I did not end up finishing my meal so I had to go up and ask for a box, again I was walked right past by multiple workers and the lady that ended up handing me my box was so awful. She ended up hitting her fist and made an awful childish sound once she handed me my box and I walked off. This is a great way to get fired and lose business. If you don’t want to help people out, go home and sit on your couch or get a job at a funeral home where it is silent and you have no one to argue...

I pulled up and ordered a 3 peace tender and a kicken chicken at 12:30 the person on the radio found it suitable to start yelling at me over the mistake of asking for the second side of the 3 peace to be fries, so i ordered the 4 peace to which she proceeded to yell at me about how i needed to pick 4, 5, or 6. I said more agitated 4 with a double order of fries no slaw. She was rude at the mic she couldn't even have the drinks ready by the time we got to the window despite her having a younger man actually handling the window and she just stood at the drink machine not even filling drinks. She still gave me two messed up orders and im sure your thinking they were busy, they were not i was one of 3 cars in the line and there was 5 minutes between each of us placing the order cause this same person has a issue with...
