Panda Express — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

10/26/2023. 3:04 P.M. Just walked out without ordering after encountering the manager's very obnoxious and nasty attitude. I brought to his attention that the bowl he just put back on top of a stack of " to-go" bowls was just handled inside and out and dragged down the uncleaned counter upside down from a fellow employee. Not sanitary! Instead of throwing it away, he tells me it is none of my business and that he knows what he is doing. Yuk 100 times!!! BEWARE THIS LOCATION. UNSANITARY & CAN'T HALFWAY UNDERSTAND WHAT THE STAFF IS SAYING AND FROM MY OBERSERVATION, THEY ALSO DONT COMPREHEND WHAT IS BEING SAID. WATCHED THEM FIX 3 CUSTOMER'S ORDERS BECAUSE OF NOT UNDERSTANDING THE LANGUAGE THAT WERE INCORRECT. IF YOU WANT TO BE HERE THEN LEARN TO SPEAK & UNDERSTAND THE LANGUAGE. TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. NO ONE HAS TO PUT UP WITH THIS. FOREIGNERS NOW FEEL ENTITLED TO DISRESPECT & ACT COMMON WITH AMERICANS. VERY CONCERNING!*$/&@!!!

Seems the staff decides they will NOT wear gloves when handling customers food. When I asked the young lady at the window she and 2 other employees proceeded to prepare my food and NO ONE was wearing gloves. In fact one worker kept touching his mask with his bare hands as he continued to handle my food. SMH!@^&$!$! Keep it! In case Panda Express didn't get the memo there is a current extremely contagious virus...

I come here very often. But tonight it was a totally different world. They had about the same people working there but a totally different. Additude. Mean almost to me anyone who was white. I stood in line behind 3 black people all with different orders and and different one black lady got 3 orders to go with alot of food in each order. They deemed the orders to the top. More food than I and all other s got with there orders and she was NOT charged A dime at all for any of her food. She got her food and left the restaurant. The second Black same thing but was charged only 10 dollars for his 2 orders and left was well. The 3rd black girl same thing and left. When they finally got to me she acted like she was pist at me for something And when I told her my order she got even more upset and asked the other black girl to wait on me that she wasn't dealing with it. So the cashier took my order in hast and gave me very small portion and when I ask if they could give me as much as I seen they give the others she shouted out we give exactly the same to everyone. As embarrassed as I was I took what they gave me and paid for my order and left. There was only 1 cook at the time so maybe that had something to do with it. The food was good as usual but I will not be back. Anytime soon. Guess maybe it's time to move on to Kabutos or...

This past experience was really awful. We got there at 11:00 when they opened, as usual nothing was ready and we had to wait a while for everything we wanted to be done. After waiting twenty minutes for the Sweet and Sour chicken to be done I went ahead and got my Orange Chicken which just got done cooking after the last batch ran out. And while I was eating I found a hair in between my Orange Chicken and Fried Rice. At this point nobody else with me had gotten their food because the sweet and sour ran out before they could get to it. I came up and showed the hair to the employees and after a few minutes I had some replacement food. A few minutes later they finally came out with another batch of sweet and sour chicken. Overall about a forty minute wait for a small portion of Sweet and Sour chicken. Its not like this is anything special, we've almost always had to wait to get the S&S chicken, but its never been this bad. Then we went across the street to Taco Bell and we were out of there in less than five minutes. The customer service at Panda Express has NEVER been good, we've gone to other locations and its the same deal every time. Something I wouldn't expect from a place where a plate of food costs $7.00. We've even gone at different times and its still the same old horrible...
