Very very glad you had the billboard on the highway. Otherwise I wouldn’t have found it as it was sarcastic and had to turn around because it’s down low and there’s a tiny sign. I believe you changed the menu. It used to say all these toppings come on it unless you specify otherwise those would be the toppings and red and then there was a part where you can customize. It can add other things like jalapeños. Today when I ordered, I said the only thing I don’t want is mushrooms because I remember you put mushrooms on a regular burger . I added extra mayo and ketchup the way I like it. When I got my burger, it was plain with mayo and ketchup cheese only I asked what’s going on and apparently I didn’t say all the way. If that’s the case, the lady might’ve asked me why specified no mushrooms. Of course I wanted it the way you used to make it all the way all the time. I believe you’re missing out on your great burger and your customers are not getting your best. If they have to tell you they want it all the way. They used to say on your menu everything comes on it unless you specify you don’t want it you should go back to that in my opinion. Thank you for having milkshakes here. Usually we enjoy the hamburgers, but they were a little dry and didn't seem to have much flavor. We ordered the Cajun fries extra crispy. They tasted like they had been been sitting out for and put back in the fryer to reheat. Very disappointing. Took them home to put them in the air fryer to crisp them up. Had to repeat our order several times to get it correct. Ordered a hamburger with extra tomato. Two little pieces of the tomato end were on the burger that barely covered half of the patty. For the price, and the quality, could have gone to Cook Out and enjoyed a...

Great friendly staff, VERY clean establishment, wide variety of drinks to choose from. HOWEVER my order of 2 drinks, 2 small fries and 2 single patty bacon burgers was $40 after tax.

Also the 2 orders of Cajun fries had at least 3 times the amount of seasoning normally used on Cajun fries. Both orders of fries were not edible and had to be thrown away. The amount of seasoning was so high that it literally cut my tongue after eating only 2 fries, which stinks because they smelled so good.
