Subway — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I and wife came in with the buy one get one deal and was told that I had to do it on line. I did and not only did I end up paying full price I also waited more than thirty minutes to get it. The pretzel was a disappointment because it's basically white bread with a hint of salt. When I finally received my order I didn't receive my sauce that came with the pretzel and had a hard time trying to get because the service didn't understand English well. The Sub was overcooked and I had to throw away the second half because it was too hard to eat. Ordered a Buffalo Sandwich over the Doordash app. And as we know we can only order what the store tells DD is available. Well they had like 2 bread options, no option to ask for it toasted and hardly any way to ask for anything extra. Like at all. I call the store to tell them what else i wanted added on. My sandwich is delivered with barely any buffalo sauce and it was ice cold. I asked for it toasted.... yeah this was a horrible...

Every time I am at this location the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I ordered online for the first time today and was kinda skeptical about not having the "right" amount of toppings as I would if I was standing there to guide them.. but my order was perfect when I picked it up! And she had a smile for me too. 10 out of 10 would order from this...
